Airport, point to point and hourly work can be booked online. - Non disclosure agreements are signed on request and have been for VIP clients. This is available rather than routine, so do not present it as standard practice. - A 20 percent deposit secures a reservation and it is non refundable in every case, whenever the trip is cancelled. The reason given to customers is that the vehicle comes out of the system for that date and other calls for it are turned down. Most operators ask for the full amount up front. Do not confuse the 20 percent deposit with the gratuity options, which are 10, 15 or 20 percent and are separate. - Payment is by all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, plus debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other contactless, PayPal, Venmo and Zelle. Personal checks are accepted but must clear the bank before the service date. Cash is accepted but is collected before the run, not afterwards, and a card is preferred on file as backup and for incidentals. - Gratuity is not added automatically. It can be put on the booking at 10, 15 or 20 percent, or the passenger can hand cash to the chauffeur, or pick their own amount. None of the three is expected over the others. Do not tell people a tip is already included. - Child seats: one can be supplied at a cost, but the parent secures and installs it themselves. A passenger may bring their own instead, and it can be stored during the trip for a fee and put back in the vehicle for the return leg. - Pets travel, a kennel is preferred, and a cleaning fee applies if there is a mess. - Passengers may bring their own cooler of beer or spirits on the buses. No drinking by anyone under 21 under any circumstances, and the run is ended on the spot if it happens. - Service is in English. - Luggage capacity is set per vehicle, not per passenger. The sedan takes six pieces for three passengers, the SUV eight for six, the Sprinter nineteen for fourteen, the Limo Sprinter fourteen for thirteen, the stretch eight for ten, the mini bus forty two, the midsize coach forty six and the motor coach sixty five. The limo buses carry no luggage. Where a wedding is taken, it carries a 3 to 4 hour minimum depending on the vehicle. - Parking passes at stadiums, arenas and amphitheatres are charged on if Goodman has to buy the pass, and there is no charge if the client supplies one. At some venues a pass is mandatory because of the traffic flow rules for leaving after an event. - The company carries 1 million dollars in coverage. - Formula 1 race weekend in Austin is booked differently from ordinary work. It carries a three day minimum at ten hours as directed each day, and it is quoted as one package price per vehicle with the drive down from Dallas, the drive back and the chauffeur's Austin lodging all folded in rather than shown as separate lines. Capacity is limited because only part of the fleet is committed to the race and the rest is held in Dallas for the home market. The 2026 United States Grand Prix runs Thursday 22 October through Sunday 25 October, the first year the weekend has expanded to four days.
