  • Mini Buses & Motor Coaches: Must be cancelled at least 14 days in advance to avoid full charges.

Cancellations made after these windows may result in partial or full charges, depending on the circumstances.

Deposits are non-refundable

Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your reservation:

  • Sedans & SUVs: A credit card is required to hold the booking, but no deposit is charged unless otherwise noted.
  • Sprinters, Mini Buses, and Motor Coaches: A non-refundable deposit is typically required at the time of booking. The amount may vary depending on the vehicle type and trip details.
  • Large or custom events: A signed agreement and deposit may be required to secure the date and vehicle(s).

Final payment is typically due prior to the service date or according to your agreement terms. For corporate accounts, net-30 terms may apply with an approved PO.
