What game day actually needs
- An agreed pickup point, set before kickoff. Not the main exit. Your chauffeur is waiting somewhere you can walk to while the lot is still gridlocked.
- Room for the gear. Tailgate setups, coolers, and cold weather layers take space. Tell us what you are bringing and we send the right vehicle.
- Corporate and suite guests. Clients collected from their hotel or office, delivered to the gate, and taken back without anyone touching a parking app.
- Season-ticket standing arrangements. Same vehicle, same chauffeur where scheduling allows, booked for the whole home schedule at once.
How game day bookings work
Sporting event trips are booked hourly, with a five to six hour minimum. That covers pickup, tailgating or pregame, the event itself, and getting everyone home afterward.
Your vehicle waits for you rather than being dispatched elsewhere. It is the only way we can promise a specific car at a specific hour when a stadium empties all at once. A deposit locks in the date and time.
Venue parking passes are mandatory and are arranged at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed with management. Stadiums sell limousine and motorcoach permits in advance only, they are priced separately from general parking, and they sell out on the big dates.
