Both casinos sit about an hour north of the Metroplex, on the far side of the Red River. That hour is the whole reason to book a chauffeur. Your group travels together, the evening starts in the vehicle rather than at the door, and nobody has to work out who is staying sober on the way home.

We have run this trip for 28 years, for couples, for birthday parties, for company outings and for groups of every size up to 56 passengers.

How a casino run is priced

Hourly, start to finish

Day or night, the clock runs from the moment we collect you until we drop you home, and the vehicle and chauffeur stay with your group throughout.

One way, collected later

Going up one day and being collected on another carries a 4 to 6 hour minimum, set by the vehicle you choose.

Deposits and cancellations

A deposit holds every trip and is non refundable. Cancellation windows are 48 hours for sedans and SUVs, 7 days for Sprinters, and 14 days for buses and coaches.

What fits your group

A casino night is not an airport transfer. The drive is long enough that the inside of the vehicle matters, which is why the larger units get booked far more often for Oklahoma than they do for anything local.

Where we collect from

We are based in Frisco, so the northern suburbs are the shortest run of all. We collect anywhere across the Metroplex, and we meet guests flying in at DFW or Love Field. Airport pickups need the flight number and arrival time.

Questions we get asked

Which casino should we choose?

WinStar is straight up I 35 and has the larger concert room at around 6,500 seats, so it suits big parties and big names. Choctaw is further east in Durant, a AAA Four Diamond resort with a 3,000 seat theatre and a lot of hotel rooms, so it suits show nights and overnight stays. Both are about an hour from north Dallas.

How long is the drive?

Roughly an hour from Frisco, Plano, McKinney or Denton, about an hour and a half from Dallas, and closer to two hours from Fort Worth. Event traffic changes that, which is why we set the pickup time when we quote rather than leaving you to guess.

Does the chauffeur wait while we are inside?

Yes. Your chauffeur stays onsite for the whole booked period and shares his live location with you by WhatsApp or a pin drop, so the vehicle is exactly where you were told it would be whether you come out at ten or at two.

How many people can travel together?

Anything from a couple in a sedan to 56 in a motor coach. The most popular casino vehicles are the Limousine Sprinter at 13, the Executive Sprinter at 14 and the limo buses at 20 or 35.

Can we stay overnight and be collected the next day?

Yes. Overnight trips add a hotel and a per diem for the chauffeur to the quote, and a one way run with a pickup on a later day carries a 4 to 6 hour minimum depending on the vehicle. We lay all of it out before you commit.

How far ahead should we book?

As early as you can for the large vehicles, especially around big shows and holiday weekends, when limo buses and coaches go weeks ahead. A deposit holds the date and the vehicle.

Arrive on time, safely, with nothing on your mind. That has been the goal for 28 years and it has not changed in 2026.
