Outstanding service. We rented a party bus for a 16 birthday dinner downtown. The bus and interior were amazing well kept and clean. Water for us and a place to put our sodas for the tees The ride was amazing, they have a great sound system and our driver was careful with the teens. He made sure it wasnt too cold in the car. And asked if there was anything he could do for me.

This was our first time using Goodman Executive. Our driver was not only on time, he was a little early to ensure traffic did not prevent him from arriving by the scheduled time. We were very surprised to see we were upgraded to the new 2021 Escalade at no extra cost.

The event was for our son and his girlfriend’s homecoming. After meeting Uriel, we felt at ease leaving our kids in his care. He was professional and kind. I am so impressed with this company and will for sure contact in the future. I had 14 girls ready to head to a concert at 6 PM when we received a call at 530 that our other transportation bus was not going to make it anymore. We scammed and found Goodman. He was more than accommodating and was here as soon as possible. He was helpful, kind and we even had another issue at the end of the night that set out time back to later than what we had stated. Goodman Executive Sedan is the only car service we will use from now on. Joe went out of his way to make our trip to and from the airport a stress-free experience. He was very professional, courteous, and provided excellent service. Joe made sure my husband, who is handicapped, was able to get in and out of the car with ease. Upon arrival at DFW, he took care of our luggage and made sure we got to ticket counter. Joe got to the airport early upon our return and had already started getting our luggage. I've used a lot of limo services, and this is by far the best. I was picked up on time when I booked my trip in September, and was greeted with such kindness and professionalism, and got to my flight ahead of schedule. I can't recommend this company enough. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G services.  When you see a business with as many 5-star reviews, you probably wonder what's up.  Well, let me tell you... We utilized Goodman for a business arrangement, and they were on time, very professional, extremely accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.  Bonus, I could not find a better-priced service!  James, the driver, was friendly, professional, and a joy to work with.  The owner, Joe, also very professional, provided such prompt replies during our booking, making the reservation experience easy.  No hoops to jump through! They were one of the only places that would do a drop off and pick up. We had the Mercedes party bus limo and it was incredible!!! (daughter’s 13th birthday). James was our driver and made us feel like royalty. He was FANTASTIC. Our daughter, our dear Princess, and her six friends thoroughly enjoyed their Prom Day on 4/26/2025. In her words, " Prom was a dream." Goodman Executive Sedan & Limo provided outstanding customer service before the date and arrived on schedule. The driver, James, was great and completely professional. Though the girls itinerary was a bit involved, he didn't mind. He provided top- notch service throughout to the ladies and they all confessed it was a day they would never forget.
