I called Joe at Goodman last minute to request transportation for an important company event and he not only offered a solution but worked with me on reducing the cost. We had an amazing experience with Goodman Executive. First time renting a limo service and Joe was very helpful and communicative the whole time. We had a few locations to go to for my little sister’s sweet 16 and our driver Chris was exceptional. Mr Ford, is a curtious driver. He’s great to talk to if you want or he will not bother you. He made sure it wasnt too cold in the car. And asked if there was anything he could do for me. They were one of the only places that would do a drop off and pick up. We had the Mercedes party bus limo and it was incredible!!! (daughter’s 13th birthday). James was our driver and made us feel like royalty. He was FANTASTIC. If you are looking for a top notch experience, these are your guys! I began looking last minute for a sprinter van to take a group of friends to a concert for my girlfriends birthday. A friend recommended Goodman Executive Services and we were not disappointed. Joe arrived to pick us up from my home 10 minutes early and did not rush us. The sprinter van was new, clean, extremely comfortable, had a great sound system and mood lighting. Joe was very professional, friendly, and easy going. He really took care of our group. He got us to and from our destination without a hitch. He took all the transportation worry out of the night so we could enjoy ourselves and celebrate! Great experience with Goodman. With what seems like a new norm of airline connections being unreliable, Goodman got my party of 7 from Dallas to San Antonio reserved that day! Driver James was great and communication was clear every step of the way, right down to where to meet outside at busy DFW. You guys, this company deserves all the praise. We had an issue with our former party bus bailing on us within 30 minutes of trying to leave. We called Goodman who immediately came to the rescue. He got to us on time, was polite. He saved our day! He was so kind to extend our trip a bit longer due to another issue we had. We asked to stop and use the restroom on the way home (even though we had already gone past our time limit) and he was so kind to do this. I can't recommend this company enough. We will def be back!
