American Airlines Center Transportation: Mavericks, Stars and Concert Nights
One building, three kinds of night out. Here is how to arrive at Victory Park without circling for parking.

American Airlines Center is the busiest building on this list, because it does three jobs. The Mavericks play there, the Stars play there, and between the two seasons it is one of the biggest concert rooms in Texas. Some weeks it hosts all three inside seven days.
That also makes it the venue where American Airlines Center transportation pays off most. Victory Park is hemmed in by the Tollway, Woodall Rodgers and the Katy Trail, the garages fill from the inside out, and the walk from cheap parking on a January hockey night is not a walk anybody enjoys.
What you are going home from
- Dallas Mavericks. Roughly 41 home dates from October through April, plus playoffs.
- Dallas Stars. Another 41 home dates over the same stretch, so November through March often has games back to back.
- Concerts and tours. The big arena tours all stop here, usually on a weeknight with doors around 7.
- Family shows and championship events. Ice shows, awards nights, boxing and the occasional college tournament.
Parking, and the thing most people get wrong
American Airlines Center has a limousine section. That is where we go, and it puts your group close to the doors rather than at the far end of a garage deck.
Here is the honest version of how the pass works. We would rather you supply the parking pass, because you can often get one bundled with your tickets at a better price than we can buy it for. If you cannot get one, tell us and we will purchase it on your behalf and put it on the invoice. What we cannot do is turn up without one and hope, because a vehicle without a pass does not get into the section.
Either way it has to be sorted at the time of booking, not on the day.
| Coming from | Allow |
|---|---|
| Frisco and Plano | 40 to 50 min |
| Fort Worth | 45 to 55 min |
| Denton | 50 to 60 min |
| Rockwall | 45 to 55 min |
| DFW Airport | 30 to 40 min |
| Love Field | 15 to 20 min |
Drive times are estimates for normal conditions. Event traffic changes them, which is why we set the pickup time when we quote rather than leaving it to you to guess.

How our chauffeurs work an event
Victory Park empties fast and the garages empty slowly. Your chauffeur is in position before the final buzzer, and we send you his live location by WhatsApp so you walk straight to the vehicle instead of circling Houston Street. He stays onsite for the whole booked block. More on how we run event nights is on our sporting event transportation page.
Booking American Airlines Center transportation
Before you book
- Parking passes. Where the venue requires one we arrange it at booking. Bring your own if it came with your tickets, otherwise we buy it and it goes on the invoice.
- Hourly minimums. Arena events run hourly on a four to six hour minimum depending on the vehicle and the size of the group.
- A deposit holds every trip and is non refundable. Cancellation windows vary by vehicle and are listed on our pricing page.
- Book the big dates early. The larger vehicles go first, and on peak weekends they go weeks ahead.
Flying in for this one? Airport pickups are point to point with no hourly minimum and include wait time. Details are on our airport transfers page.
Flying in privately?
- Give us the tail number. We track it where the aircraft is trackable, so the vehicle is in position when you land rather than after. FBO pickups are billed hourly with a two hour minimum, and meet and greet at an FBO is free. Full detail is on our private aviation page.

Questions we get asked
Where does the limo drop off at American Airlines Center?
There is a designated limousine section at the venue, which is where we drop and where we wait. Your chauffeur sends a pin drop of the exact spot so you can walk straight to the vehicle when the event ends.
Do we need a parking pass?
Yes, and we encourage you to provide it. Passes are often available with your tickets at a better rate than we can buy them. If you cannot get one, we will purchase it on your behalf and bill it back. It has to be arranged at the time of booking.
How long is the ride from Frisco to American Airlines Center?
Allow 40 to 50 minutes on a normal evening, and more during rush hour or on a night when several things are on at once in Victory Park. We build that into the pickup time when we quote.
Can the chauffeur wait during the game or the show?
Yes. Your chauffeur stays onsite for the whole booked block and stays in contact with you. We share his live location through WhatsApp or a pin drop so you always know where the vehicle is.
What is the minimum booking for an arena event?
Four to six hours depending on the vehicle and the event. Larger vehicles sit at the top of that range. Every reservation takes a deposit to hold the date.
Can you handle a group split across two vehicles?
Yes, and we keep them together. Both chauffeurs work the same drop point and coordinate the pickup so your group is not scattered across Victory Park at eleven at night.
