Globe Life Field runs on a different rhythm to a football stadium. Eighty one home dates instead of eight, most of them weeknights, and a retractable roof that means a July game is comfortable and a rainy April game still happens.
The complication is the neighbourhood, and it is why Globe Life Field transportation is worth booking. The ballpark sits inside the Arlington Entertainment District alongside AT&T Stadium, Choctaw Stadium, Texas Live and two hotels. When two of those have something on at the same time, the district gridlocks and general parking becomes a long, hot walk.
What brings groups down here
- Rangers home games. Eighty one of them from late March through September, plus postseason.
- Corporate and suite nights. Baseball is the easiest client entertaining in Texas, and the season is long enough to do it often.
- Texas Live before and after. A dozen restaurants and bars right next door, which is why so many groups book the vehicle for the whole evening rather than just the game.
- Concerts and special events when the roof closes and the field converts.
Getting in and out of the district
The Entertainment District has a designated drop area, and we agree the exact spot with you before the day so nobody is texting directions in the dark. Your chauffeur then holds a waiting position on the property and pin drops it to you.
Parking passes work the same way here as everywhere. Provide one with your tickets if you can, because it is usually cheaper that way. If you cannot, we will buy it on your behalf and put it on the invoice, but it has to be handled at booking. Oversized vehicles need a permit and those sell out on the big dates.
The exit is the part people underestimate. Forty thousand cars leaving Arlington at the same time is slower than getting in, and staging away from the main outflow usually beats sitting in it.

Drive times are estimates for normal conditions. Event traffic changes them, which is why we set the pickup time when we quote rather than leaving it to you to guess.

Booking Globe Life Field transportation
Before you book
- Parking passes. Where the venue requires one we arrange it at booking. Bring your own if it came with your tickets, otherwise we buy it and it goes on the invoice.
- Hourly minimums. Sporting events are booked hourly on a five to six hour minimum depending on the vehicle. That covers the run down, the wait and the trip home.
- A deposit holds every trip and is non refundable. Cancellation windows vary by vehicle and are listed on our pricing page.
- Book the big dates early. The larger vehicles go first, and on peak weekends they go weeks ahead.

How far is Globe Life Field from Frisco?
About 55 to 70 minutes depending on traffic and what else is happening in the Entertainment District that day. If there is an event at AT&T Stadium the same afternoon, allow more.
Do you drop right at the ballpark?
We use the designated drop area and agree the exact spot with you in advance. Your chauffeur then sends a pin drop of where he is waiting so the walk back is straightforward.
Is a parking pass required?
Yes. We would rather you provide it, since passes bundled with tickets usually cost less. Otherwise we purchase it on your behalf and bill it back. Oversized vehicle permits sell out on big dates, so book early.
Can we go to Texas Live before the game?
That is one of the most common bookings we run here. The vehicle is yours for the block, so we drop you at Texas Live, hold, and collect whenever you are ready.
What is the minimum booking for a Rangers game?
Five to six hours depending on the vehicle. Baseball runs long, and the block is built so nobody is watching the clock in the seventh inning.
Do you cover day games and weeknight games?
Both. We run 24 hours a day with live dispatch, so an afternoon start or an eleven o’clock finish is routine.
