Dickies Arena Transportation: Rodeo, Concerts and Fort Worth Event Nights
The newest major arena in the Metroplex, in the middle of the Cultural District, with the Stock Show on its doorstep.

Dickies Arena opened in 2019 and immediately became the room everybody wanted to play in. Fourteen thousand seats, excellent sightlines, and a location in the Fort Worth Cultural District next to the Will Rogers complex.
It is also the reason a Fort Worth night out is easier to sell to a group than it used to be. Book Dickies Arena transportation and you can put everyone in one vehicle in Frisco or Plano, enjoy the Stockyards or a steak on West Seventh before the show, and nobody draws the short straw and drives.
What runs at Dickies
- Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo. January into February, and the single biggest reason we run Fort Worth groups.
- Arena concerts year round, from country to comedy to rock.
- College basketball and championship events, including neutral site tournaments.
- Family shows and touring productions through the school holidays.
Cultural District logistics
The Cultural District is not laid out like a stadium campus. Parking is spread across surface lots and the arena garage, and on a Stock Show weekend the whole Will Rogers area is committed to the event.
We agree the drop point in advance, and your chauffeur holds a waiting spot on or beside the property and pin drops it to you. On Stock Show dates in particular, ask us early. Access changes during the run.
Parking passes follow the same rule as every venue. Supply one if you can get it with your tickets, since that is usually cheaper. If not, we buy it on your behalf and bill it back, arranged at the time of booking.
| Coming from | Allow |
|---|---|
| Frisco and Plano | 65 to 80 min |
| Dallas | 45 to 60 min |
| Arlington | 25 to 35 min |
| Denton | 45 to 55 min |
| DFW Airport | 35 to 45 min |
| Meacham and Alliance FBOs | 15 to 30 min |
Drive times are estimates for normal conditions. Event traffic changes them, which is why we set the pickup time when we quote rather than leaving it to you to guess.

How our chauffeurs work an event
Rodeo nights and arena concerts let out into the same Cultural District streets, so the pickup point matters more than the pickup time. Your chauffeur stays onsite for the whole booked block, shares his live location by WhatsApp, and watches the door you went in through. More on how we run event nights is on our sporting event transportation page.
Booking Dickies Arena transportation
Before you book
- Parking passes. Where the venue requires one we arrange it at booking. Bring your own if it came with your tickets, otherwise we buy it and it goes on the invoice.
- Hourly minimums. Arena events run hourly on a four to six hour minimum depending on the vehicle. Add time if you are making a night of it in the Stockyards or on West Seventh.
- A deposit holds every trip and is non refundable. Cancellation windows vary by vehicle and are listed on our pricing page.
- Book the big dates early. The larger vehicles go first, and on peak weekends they go weeks ahead.
Flying in for this one? Airport pickups are point to point with no hourly minimum and include wait time. Details are on our airport transfers page.
Flying in privately?
- Give us the tail number. We track it where the aircraft is trackable, so the vehicle is in position when you land rather than after. FBO pickups are billed hourly with a two hour minimum, and meet and greet at an FBO is free. Full detail is on our private aviation page.

Questions we get asked
How long does it take to get from Frisco to Dickies Arena?
Usually 65 to 80 minutes. It is the longest regular run of any major arena in the Metroplex from north Collin County, so we set the pickup time accordingly.
Do you run groups for the Stock Show and Rodeo?
Every January and February. It is one of our busiest stretches in Fort Worth. Book well ahead, because the good dates and the larger vehicles go early.
Can we add dinner in the Stockyards or on West Seventh?
Yes, and most groups do. The vehicle is yours for the booked block, so we build the stops into the itinerary rather than treating them as extra trips.
Where does the chauffeur wait?
On or beside the property for the whole block. He stays in contact and sends a pin drop or shares his live location on WhatsApp so you know exactly where to walk.
Do we need a parking pass at Dickies Arena?
Where the event requires one, yes, and it is arranged at booking. We prefer you to provide it if a pass comes with your tickets, otherwise we purchase it and add it to the invoice.
What size groups do you run to Fort Worth?
Anything from a couple in a sedan up to a 56 passenger motor coach. Sprinters and mini buses are the most common for arena nights.
