The fine print, said plainly
Every trip requires a deposit to lock in the date and time. Deposits are nonrefundable, and charges may be processed as early as 7 days before your reservation date. The exact terms for your trip are printed on the confirmation you sign.
Airport transfers never carry an hourly minimum. They are booked point to point, any day and any hour. Friday and Saturday bookings carry a 4 hour minimum on smaller vehicles and 5 to 6 hours on larger ones, and proms, concerts and sporting events run 5 to 6 hours. Private jet arrivals at an FBO are billed hourly with a 2 hour minimum, because arrival times move. Management can work out exceptions, so ask.
15 minutes on airport departures, 30 minutes on domestic arrivals and 45 minutes on international arrivals. At commercial airports curbside pickup is standard, and a meet and greet inside the terminal is a $25 option you choose when you book. At FBOs the meet and greet is free.
If plans change
Plans move, and we would rather hear about it early. Cancellation windows depend on the vehicle you reserved: 48 hours for sedans and SUVs, 7 days for Sprinter vans, and 14 days for mini buses and motor coaches. Cancellations inside those windows are charged in full, and deposits are nonrefundable in every case. To change a time, a stop or a passenger count, call dispatch and we will reissue your confirmation.
How far we go
Our vehicles and chauffeurs are based in Dallas and cover the whole Metroplex, including Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Fort Worth, Southlake, Grapevine and Denton. Beyond that there is no set boundary. Houston, Austin, San Antonio and the cruise terminal at Galveston are routine work for us, and we run cross country charters on request, so a group can travel together in one vehicle instead of splitting across several flights. Tell us where you are going and we will quote it. Long distance runs are priced garage to garage, including the return leg, and overnight trips include the driver's lodging in the figure you are given.
Questions
As early as you can. Sedans and SUVs can often be arranged on short notice, but stretch limousines, Sprinter vans and mini buses book out well ahead during prom season, graduation weekends and the holidays. If your date is fixed, send the request now and sort out the fine details later.
No. Deposits are nonrefundable. If you cancel outside your vehicle's cancellation window there is no further charge beyond the deposit, and if you cancel inside it the trip is charged in full.
We track commercial flights and adjust your pickup, and for private aircraft we follow the tail number or confirm the arrival with the FBO front desk. Complimentary wait time is 30 minutes on domestic arrivals and 45 minutes on international arrivals.
Yes. Corporate and personal accounts get consolidated monthly billing, and net 30 terms with approved credit and a purchase order. Mention it in your request and we will send the paperwork.
Yes, and it is common. Give us the passenger's name and mobile number so the chauffeur can reach them directly, and tell us which address is theirs. Assistants booking travel for executives can hold a card on file so future trips only take one message.
