They need different routes, different timing and different pickup points, and none of them go well if the driver is reading directions off a phone for the first time.

Where we drop off in Dallas
- The Arts District: Winspear Opera House, Meyerson Symphony Center and Klyde Warren Park. Curtain times are unforgiving and the load zones are specific. We plan for the curtain, not the postcode.
- American Airlines Center and Victory Park: Mavericks, Stars and concerts. Pickup arranged clear of the lot exit before you go in, because that garage does not empty quickly.
- Deep Ellum and Bishop Arts: Late evenings out where nobody in the group should be driving home.
- Fair Park: State Fair through late September and October, Cotton Bowl events and concerts. Event nights are booked hourly so the vehicle waits rather than fighting its way back in.
- Uptown and Knox Henderson: Dinner, client entertaining and the Saturday night crowd.
- Highland Park and Preston Hollow: Residential pickups, weddings and private events.
- Downtown and the Main Street district: Corporate work and hotel transfers, with drop points agreed around whatever is closed that week.
Event trips are booked as a block of time rather than a one way fare. The roads around any Dallas venue are gridlocked for an hour after it ends. Airport transfers
Dallas to Love Field and DFW
Love Field is close to almost everything in central Dallas and is usually the faster trip in practice. DFW is roughly 20 miles west and is the better call when your flight options require it.

How we handle an FBO arrival
- Tail number tracking where the aircraft is trackable. Where it is not, we confirm arrival directly with the FBO front desk
- Meet and greet is complimentary at FBOs, planeside where the operator allows vehicles on the ramp, otherwise inside the terminal
- Arrivals are billed hourly with a two hour minimum, because private schedules move. A ninety minute slip should not turn into a dispute over a point to point fare
- Departures are standard point to point unless wait time runs past 30 minutes, which converts the trip to hourly, at your call and subject to schedule
- Unmarked sedans and SUVs, NDAs on request. Standard for crew moves, client entertaining, and anyone whose movements are the point

The door to door arithmetic
A flight to Austin is about an hour. It is also 30 minutes to the airport, two hours before departure, a wait for bags and a rental counter on arrival. Realistically four to five hours door to door, and you still do not have a car at your hotel. One traveller on a cheap fare should still fly and we will tell you so. The maths flips at four or more people, or anyone carrying golf clubs, trade show materials or equipment that costs extra at the counter.
Quoted garage to garage including the empty legs, so the number you see is the number you pay. Larger vehicles are quoted on a mileage rate that moves with fuel, and overnight trips add the chauffeur's hotel and per diem. Cross country motorcoach charter is available on request.

We plan for the curtain rather than the address. The load zones at the Winspear and the Meyerson are specific and the surrounding streets fill in the half hour before a performance, so we build the arrival backwards from the start time and agree the collection point before you go in.
What about the State Fair and Fair Park events?
Booked hourly. Fair Park traffic is the definition of a situation where a one way fare in leaves you stranded, and the roads around it stay blocked long after an event ends.
