An interesting junction, and one weekend a year that is nothing like the rest

Keller is largely residential and it sits at a useful crossroads. DFW is east, Alliance and Meacham are south and west, and Texas Motor Speedway is a short run north.

Most of what we do here is straightforward family and business airport work. But the speedway weekends are their own animal, and anyone who has tried to leave that infield in their own car understands why a chauffeur waiting at an agreed point is worth the booking.

We have been serving this corner of the metroplex since 1998, which is long enough to know which roads close on race weekend and which ones do not.

FBO arrivals near Keller

Keller has better private aviation options than most residential suburbs, in three directions.

  • Fort Worth Meacham (FTW): About 20 minutes south and the practical choice from Keller. Texas Jet, American Aero FTW and Cornerstone.
  • Alliance (AFW): Minutes west, built for larger aircraft and charter operations.
  • Dallas Love Field (DAL): Roughly 40 minutes east. Business Jet Center, Signature, Atlantic Aviation and Jet Aviation.
  • Addison Airport (ADS): North Dallas, the longest of the options, covered when the schedule calls for it.

How we handle an FBO arrival

  • Tail number tracking where the aircraft is trackable. Where it is not, we confirm arrival directly with the FBO front desk
  • Meet and greet is complimentary at FBOs, planeside where the operator allows vehicles on the ramp, otherwise inside the terminal
  • Arrivals are billed hourly with a two hour minimum, because private schedules move. A ninety minute slip should not turn into a dispute over a point to point fare
  • Departures are standard point to point unless wait time runs past 30 minutes, which converts the trip to hourly, at your call and subject to schedule
  • Unmarked sedans and SUVs, NDAs on request. Standard for crew moves, client entertaining, and anyone whose movements are the point

Private jet and FBO service

Keller to DFW and Love Field

DFW is east and the run is reasonable outside of rush hour. Love Field is the longest of the options and is generally only worth it when your flight requires it.

Airport transfers are always point to point with no hourly minimum, any day, any hour.

  • Flight tracking on every booking. We adjust to your actual landing time, not the schedule
  • Complimentary wait time: 30 minutes on domestic arrivals, 45 on international, 15 on departures. A rideshare driver waits about five
  • Curbside is standard. Meet and greet inside at baggage claim with a name sign is a $25 add on chosen at booking
  • Airport transfers are always point to point. No hourly minimum, any day, any hour

Keller hotel transfers

Keller has limited hotel capacity of its own, so most visitors stay nearby. We collect from wherever they are.

  • The Alliance corridor hotel cluster, minutes west
  • Southlake and Grapevine hotel blocks for larger events
  • Fort Worth downtown blocks for evening events
  • Extended stay along the 377 corridor

For conferences and multi day events we run shuttle loops between the hotel and the venue on a set schedule. Sprinters, minibuses or coaches depending on headcount. One booking, one point of contact, one invoice.

Where we drop off in Keller

  • Texas Motor Speedway: Race weekends. We arrange a pickup point away from the main exit so you are not sitting in the departure traffic.
  • Keller Town Center and Bear Creek Parkway: Dinners, community events and evening group runs.
  • Keller ISD facilities and stadium: Homecoming, prom and school formals, which run five to six hours.
  • The Alliance corridor: Corporate transportation, charter aviation and business park visitors.
  • Hidden Lakes and Marshall Ridge: Residential pickups and standing family airport arrangements.
  • Fort Worth Stockyards and Sundance Square: Evening event transportation south, booked as a block of time.

Event trips are booked as a block of time rather than a one way fare. The roads around any venue are gridlocked for an hour after it ends. Reserving the block keeps the same vehicle and chauffeur with you, somewhere secure for coats and bags, and a guaranteed ride home at the hour you choose.

Keller to Houston, Galveston, Austin and San Antonio

For a group with luggage, driving to another Texas city is often faster door to door than flying, and frequently cheaper once you count four airfares, bag fees and a rental car at the other end.

Destination Approximate drive Common reasons
Austin About 3.5 hours Capitol business, UT weekends, F1 at COTA, conferences
Houston About 4.5 hours Energy corridor meetings, Medical Center, conventions
San Antonio About 4.5 hours River Walk trips, conventions, family travel
Galveston About 5.5 hours Cruise embarkation and return

The door to door math

A flight to Austin is about an hour. But it is also the drive to DFW, two hours before departure, a wait for bags, and a rental counter on arrival. Realistically four to five hours door to door, and you still do not have a car at your hotel. We leave from your front door and arrive at theirs.

When it is actually cheaper

One traveler on a cheap fare will usually still fly, and we will tell you so. The math flips with a group: four or more people, or anyone carrying golf clubs, trade show materials, or equipment that costs extra at the counter. One vehicle, one rate, split however many ways.

The car is yours all day

Book hourly and the vehicle and chauffeur stay with you. Three meetings across Houston, a site visit and a dinner, a full day in Austin and back the same night. One booking, no rebooking between stops.

Long distance runs are quoted garage to garage including the empty legs, so the number you see is the number you pay. Larger vehicles are quoted on a mileage rate that moves with fuel, and overnight trips add the chauffeur’s hotel and per diem. Outside the Dallas Fort Worth area we work with trusted operators we have used for years. Cross country motorcoach charter available on request.

Executive travel for Keller businesses

  • Consolidated monthly billing with detailed trip reports, so expenses reconcile without chasing receipts
  • Net 30 terms with approved credit and a purchase order
  • One point of contact who knows your account, not a call center reading a script
  • Standing arrangements for recurring runs: airport pickups, client entertaining, employee shuttles
  • Traveler notes on file. Temperature, music or quiet, the door they prefer at the office. Book a second time and nobody repeats it
  • Convention and conference shuttles from a single Sprinter up to a synchronized multi vehicle fleet

Corporate travel

Why Keller books us

  • Race weekend is planned, not improvised: The pickup point at the speedway is agreed before you go in, well clear of the exit traffic.
  • A person answers: Live dispatch, 24 hours a day. Not an answering service, not a callback queue. When a flight slips to 1 a.m. someone picks up and moves a vehicle.
  • Written before you ride: Vehicle, rate and terms confirmed in writing before your trip. No surge pricing, no surprises on the invoice.
  • Vetted chauffeurs: Background checked and drug screened before their first trip, driving records pulled and monitored on an ongoing basis, defensive driving completed, and supervised trips before driving a client alone.
  • One vehicle, whole group: Sedans through 56 passenger motorcoaches. Whatever the headcount, your group travels together in one vehicle instead of splitting across several.
  • Discreet by default: Sedans and SUVs are unmarked. We sign nondisclosure agreements on request.
  • Since 1998: Twenty eight years, family owned and operated, same name the whole time. Most operators serving this area are under ten years old or dispatch from another state.

Keller questions

Do you cover Texas Motor Speedway race weekends?

Yes, and those book early. We arrange a pickup point away from the main exit so you are not sitting in the departure traffic.

Is Meacham or DFW better from Keller?

It depends entirely on whether you are flying commercially or privately. Meacham is the practical FBO choice at about 20 minutes. DFW handles the commercial flying.

Do you handle Keller ISD proms?

Yes. Prom, concert and sporting event bookings run five to six hours, and prom season commits vehicles across the whole market, so book several weeks ahead.

How far in advance should I book?

Two to four weeks is comfortable for most trips. Prom season, graduation weekends, PGA and F1 weekends, and the run up to Christmas commit vehicles across the whole Texas market months out, so those need far more notice. Same day is often workable for a sedan or SUV, less so for anything larger.

Is there an hourly minimum?

Airport transfers never carry one, in either direction, on any day. Friday and Saturday carry a four hour minimum on smaller vehicles and five to six hours on larger units. Proms, concerts and sporting events run five to six hours. FBO arrivals are billed hourly with a two hour minimum. Exceptions can be worked out with management, so ask.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. All trips require a deposit to lock in the date and time, and deposits are non refundable. Your vehicle, rate and terms are confirmed in writing before you ride.

What are the cancellation windows?

Sedans and SUVs, 48 hours. Sprinter vans, 7 days. Minibuses and motorcoaches, 14 days. Late cancellations are charged in full. The exact terms for your booking are listed on the signed confirmation.

Do you run hotel and conference shuttles?

Yes. For conferences and multi day events we run shuttle loops between the hotel and the venue on a set schedule, using Sprinters, minibuses or coaches depending on headcount. One booking, one point of contact, one invoice.

How far will you travel?

Up to about 600 miles from base as a matter of routine, which covers the whole state. Cross country motorcoach charter is available on request. Long distance work is quoted garage to garage including the empty legs, with larger vehicles on a mileage rate that moves with fuel, and overnight trips adding the chauffeur's hotel and per diem.
