Legacy West turned the north end of Plano into one of the densest corporate corridors in Texas. Toyota's North American headquarters, JPMorgan Chase, Liberty Mutual and FedEx Office all sit within a few minutes of each other, and every one of them generates a steady flow of executives moving between an office, a hotel and an airport.

That work is recurring, not occasional, which changes what good service looks like. What matters is not the vehicle, it is whether the same chauffeur shows up, whether the invoice reconciles at month end, and whether someone answers when a flight moves.

We are based in Frisco, so Plano is a few minutes down the tollway. Our own vehicles and chauffeurs cover it, dispatched from close by rather than routed through a national platform to whoever bid lowest that morning.

Almost every Plano trip touches the Dallas North Tollway or the President George Bush Turnpike, and both behave very differently at 7 a.m. than at 10. Plano to DFW and Love Field

DFW is roughly 30 to 35 minutes west depending on where in Plano you start. Love Field is about 25 minutes south and is frequently the faster real trip for a Dallas departure. We will tell you which one suits your flight rather than just quoting the field you name.

• Complimentary wait time: 30 minutes on domestic arrivals, 45 on international, 15 on departures. A rideshare driver waits about five
• Curbside is standard. Meet and greet inside at baggage claim with a name sign is a $25 add on chosen at booking
• Airport transfers are always point to point. No hourly minimum, any day, any hour
• Standing accounts for regular flyers, with monthly billing instead of paying per trip

Private aviation

FBO arrivals from Plano

Plano sits closer to serious business aviation than most of the metroplex. Addison is fifteen minutes south and is the busiest general aviation field in the area, which makes it the default for anyone flying private into this corridor.

How we handle an FBO arrival

• Tail number tracking where the aircraft is trackable. Where it is not, we confirm arrival directly with the FBO front desk
• Meet and greet is complimentary at FBOs, planeside where the operator allows vehicles on the ramp, otherwise inside the terminal
• Arrivals are billed hourly with a two hour minimum, because private schedules move. A ninety minute slip should not turn into a dispute over a point to point fare
• Departures are standard point to point unless wait time runs past 30 minutes, which converts the trip to hourly, at your call and subject to schedule
• Unmarked sedans and SUVs, NDAs on request. Standard for crew moves and client entertaining

Event trips are booked as a block of time rather than a one way fare. The roads around any venue are gridlocked for an hour after it ends. Reserving the block keeps the same vehicle and chauffeur with you, somewhere secure for coats and bags, and a guaranteed ride home at the hour you choose.

Sedans for the airport run, Escalades for a small team with luggage, Sprinters for corporate groups and conference shuttles, and motorcoaches up to fifty six for large events and team travel. Whatever the headcount, your group travels in one vehicle rather than splitting across several and arriving in pieces.

Sedans and SUVs are unmarked, and we sign nondisclosure agreements on request. Vehicles are assigned by what is closest and available for your date and time.

For a team travelling together with luggage and materials, driving to another Texas city is often faster door to door than flying, and frequently cheaper once you count four airfares, bag fees and a rental car at the other end.
