Game weekends, mostly
Texas A and M football is what we generally drive to College Station for. Groups going down for a home game at Kyle Field, travelling together rather than in four separate cars, and coming back the same night or staying over.
Pickups run from anywhere across North Texas. Dallas, Frisco, Fort Worth, Celina, wherever your group actually starts. You are not asked to gather at one address to suit us.

Sized to the group, not to the invoice
Tell us the headcount and we will tell you what fits. An SUV for a small party, an Executive Sprinter for up to 14, a mini coach for a larger group.

A Surface Transportation Cost applies to every reservation. It is a percentage of the base rate that moves with fuel and toll costs, and the rate that applies to your booking is shown on your quote. All pricing is subject to change, and we are always willing to work something out that suits both sides.
Game day
The parking question, answered before you ask
Game day parking near a stadium is the part most people forget about until they are sitting in it. Two things worth knowing before you book:
- If we have to buy the parking pass, it goes on your quote. If you already have one, there is no charge from us
- At some events a pass is not optional, because of how traffic is routed out afterwards. We will tell you which situation yours is when we quote, not on the day
Your chauffeur stays with the group for the whole booking. We park where we can get close and stay in phone contact, so when you are ready to leave it is a simple pickup and go rather than a walk to a distant lot.
Pricing
Hourly, a day rate, or multi day
A home game usually books hourly and runs eight to ten hours once the drive down, the game and the drive back are counted. Where that does not suit, we agree a flat day rate instead.
For a weekend where you stay over, the booking runs across multiple days. That changes the quote, because it includes a hotel and per diem for the chauffeur, and we will show you that rather than bury it.
- Gratuity is your choice at 10, 15 or 20 percent, or cash to the chauffeur on the day
- First time customers get a discount, applied when we quote
- The vehicle and the rate are confirmed in writing before anything is booked
