For a group of five or more, driving to Houston consistently beats flying once you count airfare, checked bags and ground transportation on both ends. For one or two travelers, flying usually wins, and we will tell you so.
The other reason people book this is that the vehicle stays with you. Three meetings across Houston, a site visit and a dinner, or a full day and back the same night. One booking, no rebooking between stops.
Medical appointments are a category of their own. Anyone heading to the Texas Medical Center for treatment should not be driving four hours each way, and a sedan or SUV with a chauffeur solves that better than a flight does.

Football, baseball, concerts, a medical appointment at the Texas Medical Center, or a trip where the whole point is that nobody in the group has to drive. The run from the Metroplex is roughly 240 miles and about four hours.
We are based in Frisco, Texas, and our vehicles and chauffeurs run out of the Dallas Fort Worth area. For work inside Houston we operate with affiliate partners we have used for years. If one of our own vehicles is already in Houston, we use it. If not, an affiliate covers it to the same standard. The door to door math
A flight from the Metroplex to Houston is about an hour. But it is also the drive to DFW, two hours before departure, a wait for bags, and ground transportation at the other end. Realistically four to five hours door to door, and you still do not have a car at your hotel. We leave from your front door and arrive at theirs.

Is driving really better than flying to Houston?
For five or more people, usually. For one or two, flying generally wins. We will give you the honest comparison rather than talking you into the booking.
Can you take us to a cruise sailing out of Galveston?
Yes. Galveston is about an hour beyond Houston, and door to cruise terminal runs are one of the most common long distance trips we do.
How far in advance should I book?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most trips. Prom season, graduation weekends, PGA and F1 weekends, and the run up to Christmas commit vehicles across the whole Texas market months out, so those need far more notice. Same day is often workable for a sedan or SUV, less so for anything larger.
Is there an hourly minimum?
Airport transfers never carry one, in either direction, on any day. Friday and Saturday carry a four hour minimum on smaller vehicles and five to six hours on larger units. Proms, concerts and sporting events run five to six hours. FBO arrivals are billed hourly with a two hour minimum. Exceptions can be worked out with management, so ask.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. All trips require a deposit to lock in the date and time, and deposits are non refundable. Your vehicle, rate and terms are confirmed in writing before you ride.
What are the cancellation windows?
Sedans and SUVs, 48 hours. Sprinter vans, 7 days. Minibuses and motorcoaches, 14 days. Late cancellations are charged in full. The exact terms for your booking are listed on the signed confirmation.
