A city that empties into two car parks at the same time

Allen has an unusual concentration of venues for its size. The event arena puts several thousand people into one place on a concert night. Eagle Stadium does the same on a Friday in the autumn, at a scale most cities reserve for college football. Watters Creek fills up every weekend. And all of it funnels back onto the same handful of roads within about twenty minutes of ending.

That is the whole reason to book a vehicle here rather than drive. Not the ride in, the ride out.

Fifteen minutes from base, fifteen from the airport that matters

We are in Frisco, a short run west, so an Allen request is dispatched from close by rather than routed through a national booking platform. McKinney National is about fifteen minutes northeast, which makes Allen one of the easiest places in Collin County to fly into privately.

• Eagle Stadium: Allen ISD football on a Friday night is a genuine event, and the traffic afterwards behaves like a small college game. Booked hourly so the vehicle waits.
• Watters Creek at Montgomery Farm: Dinner, drinks and group evenings. Easy drop, harder pickup on a Saturday.
• Allen Premium Outlets and The Village at Allen: Shopping runs and December traffic.
• Allen ISD proms and graduations: The dates everything else in the calendar bends around.
• Bethany Lakes and the local wedding venues: Guest collection from hotels across Allen, McKinney and Plano.

Event trips are booked as a block of time rather than a one way fare. The roads around any venue are gridlocked for an hour after it ends. Reserving the block keeps the same vehicle and chauffeur with you, somewhere secure for coats and bags, and a guaranteed ride home at the hour you choose.

Proms, homecoming and graduation

Allen ISD is large enough that prom and graduation move real transportation volume, and they land on the same dates as every other district in the region. That is why the vehicles run out rather than because demand is enormous.

• Proms and school events run a five to six hour minimum, because that is the length of the actual night
• The itinerary is agreed in writing beforehand, including every stop. The chauffeur does not deviate from it
• Multi house collection across Allen, McKinney and Plano, so parents are not each driving a leg

DFW is roughly 40 to 45 minutes southwest and Love Field about 30 to 35 south. US 75 in the morning peak is the variable, and it is a bigger variable than the mileage suggests. We build the departure time around what the corridor is actually doing rather than an estimate.

• Complimentary wait time: 30 minutes on domestic arrivals, 45 on international, 15 on departures. A rideshare driver waits about five
