A city of a hundred thousand that hosts like a city of a million
Most suburbs its size have a park and a shopping centre. Allen has an arena that seats over seven thousand for a concert, a high school football stadium that seats eighteen thousand, and a full convention centre attached to a hotel. On the right weekend there are three separate events running inside a couple of miles of each other, all letting out into the same roads.
That is the shape of most of our Allen work. It is not the one way airport fare that dominates other cities on this list. It is groups, on a clock, needing to arrive together and leave together, with somebody who already knows which exit to use.
Three kinds of night
There is the arena crowd at Stacy Road, coming for a concert, an Allen Americans game or a graduation. There is the Friday football crowd at Eagle Stadium, which fills faster and empties harder than anything else in Collin County. And there is the business crowd at Watters Creek, staying at the convention hotel, out to dinner in the evening and headed for an airport in the morning. Each one needs something different from a car.

Private aviation
McKinney National and the fields around Allen
Allen sits closer to a general aviation field than almost anywhere else in Collin County. McKinney National is about fifteen minutes north with US Customs available, which makes it the practical choice for an Allen arrival rather than driving down to Addison out of habit.

What happens on a private arrival
- Where the aircraft is trackable we follow the tail number. Where it is not, we confirm the arrival directly with the FBO front desk rather than guessing from a schedule
- Meet and greet costs nothing at an FBO. Planeside if the operator lets vehicles onto the ramp, otherwise inside the terminal
- Arrivals bill hourly with a two hour minimum. Private schedules move, and a ninety minute slip should not turn into an argument about a point to point fare
- Departures are point to point unless the wait runs past 30 minutes, at which point the trip converts to hourly. That is your call and subject to the schedule
- Sedans and SUVs are unmarked and we sign nondisclosure agreements on request, which is standard for crew moves and for entertaining clients

Getting to DFW and Love Field from Allen
DFW is about 40 minutes west and Love Field about 35 minutes south, so neither is close enough to leave to chance on a morning flight. Which field suits you is a question about your itinerary rather than the map, and we will tell you honestly if the one you named is the harder trip.

How the booking works
Minimums, deposits and cancellations
- Airport transfers carry no hourly minimum. They are point to point, any day and any hour, including overnight.
- Private jet arrivals are hourly with a two hour minimum, because private schedules move. Departures are point to point unless wait time passes 30 minutes.
- Evening and event work is booked hourly. Friday and Saturday run a four hour minimum on smaller vehicles and five to six hours on larger ones. Proms, concerts and sporting events are five to six hours. Exceptions can be worked out with management.
- Every trip takes a deposit to lock the date and time. Deposits are not refundable.
- Cancellation windows by vehicle: sedans and SUVs 48 hours, Sprinter vans 7 days, mini buses and motor coaches 14 days. Late cancellations are charged in full. Your exact terms are listed on the signed confirmation.
- Venue parking passes are mandatory and are arranged at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Arenas and stadiums sell limousine and motorcoach permits in advance only, and they sell out well before the date.

Can you handle a Friday night at Eagle Stadium?
Yes, and the traffic around Eagle Stadium on a Friday is the whole reason people call. We agree a pickup point away from the main exit flow so you are moving while everyone else is still queuing to leave the lot.
Do you pick up at Watters Creek and the convention hotel?
Yes. The Marriott Dallas Allen Hotel and Convention Center on Watters Creek Boulevard is a standing pickup for us, both for conference guests arriving through DFW or Love Field and for wedding parties using the ballrooms.
How close is Allen to a private jet field?
