Far enough out that the departure time actually matters

Prosper is one of the further points north we cover regularly, and it changes the arithmetic on an airport run. DFW is roughly 45 minutes on a good morning and meaningfully longer when the Dallas North Tollway backs up, which it does. Love Field is about 40.

The practical consequence is that a departure time guessed off a map will eventually cost someone a flight. Our chauffeurs build it around what the tollway is actually doing that morning, and if we think you are cutting it fine we say so when you book rather than at the curb.

We are the next town over

Our base is in Frisco, immediately south. A Prosper request is dispatched from a few minutes away rather than routed through a national booking platform, which is why a 4 a.m. departure is a normal booking here rather than a favour.

Collecting guests who are staying in four different cities

This is the defining Prosper transportation problem and the thing we do here more than anywhere else. Prosper has beautiful venues and very few hotel rooms, so wedding guests end up scattered across Frisco, McKinney, Celina and Plano. Then everyone tries to arrive at a venue with a gravel lot and a hundred spaces.

Run as individual cars, it is chaos and half the guests miss the ceremony. Run as a collection loop, it is one of the easiest things on the whole wedding to get right.

• Multi hotel collection on a set schedule, agreed in writing before the day
• Priced hourly and by vehicle rather than per person, which almost always works out cheaper than couples expect
• The couple's vehicle held separately, so the getaway car is not also the shuttle

Peak wedding weekends commit vehicles across the whole North Texas market months out. If you have a venue and a date, that is the point to book the transport, not after the caterer.

Airport transfers

Prosper to DFW, Love Field and McKinney National

DFW is roughly 45 minutes southwest, Love Field about 40 south, and McKinney National about 20 minutes east for private arrivals. On a weekday morning add time to both of the commercial fields, because the tollway and US 380 do not care about your boarding pass.

• Flight tracking on every booking. We adjust to your actual landing time, not the schedule
• Complimentary wait time: 30 minutes on domestic arrivals, 45 on international, 15 on departures. A rideshare driver waits about five
• Curbside is standard. Meet and greet inside at baggage claim with a name sign is a $25 add on chosen at booking
• Airport transfers are always point to point. No hourly minimum, any day, any hour
• Standing accounts for regular flyers. Preferences on file, the same chauffeur where scheduling allows, monthly billing instead of per trip
• Early departures are routine here. A 4 a.m. pickup is a normal booking, not a favour

FBO arrivals from Prosper

McKinney National is the obvious choice from here. Twenty minutes east, customs available on the field, and it turns faster than the Dallas airports because there is less ahead of you.

• McKinney National (TKI): About 20 minutes east. McKinney Air Center, US Customs available.
• Addison Airport (ADS): About 35 minutes south. Million Air Dallas, Atlantic Aviation and Galaxy FBO.
• Dallas Love Field (DAL): About 40 minutes south. Multiple full service FBOs.
• Aero Country (T31) and Denton Enterprise (DTO): Covered on request.

How we handle an FBO arrival

• Tail number tracking where the aircraft is trackable. Where it is not, we confirm arrival directly with the FBO front desk
• Meet and greet is complimentary at FBOs, planeside where the operator allows vehicles on the ramp, otherwise inside the terminal
• Arrivals are billed hourly with a two hour minimum, because private schedules move
• Departures are standard point to point unless wait time runs past 30 minutes, which converts the trip to hourly
• Unmarked sedans and SUVs, NDAs on request

Proms, graduations and Friday nights

Prosper ISD has grown fast enough that the school calendar now moves real transportation volume, particularly around prom and graduation. Both land on the same handful of dates as every other district in the region, which is why the vehicles run out.

• Proms and school events run a five to six hour minimum, because that is the length of the actual night
• The itinerary is agreed in writing beforehand, including every stop. The chauffeur does not deviate from it
• Multi house collection for a group spread across Prosper, Frisco and Celina, so parents are not each driving a leg
• The vehicle and chauffeur stay with the group for the whole booking. Nobody is calling a rideshare at midnight
• One parent can be the point of contact and know where the vehicle is
• Chauffeurs background checked and drug screened before their first trip, with driving records monitored on an ongoing basis

Book prom the week the date is announced. Graduation weekends commit vehicles across the whole market and the larger units go first.

Whatever the headcount, your group travels in one vehicle rather than splitting across several and arriving in pieces.

Sedans and SUVs are unmarked, and we sign nondisclosure agreements on request. Vehicles are assigned by what is closest and available for your date and time.
