The Telecom Corridor was here first
Richardson built its corporate base along Central Expressway decades before the newer developments to the north existed, and it never went anywhere. State Farm at CityLine, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Fossil, Lennox International, Raytheon and Cisco all sit within a few miles of one another, and between them they move a constant flow of people to an airport, a hotel or a client office.
That work is recurring rather than occasional, and recurring work is judged differently. What matters is not the vehicle. It is whether the same chauffeur turns up, whether the invoice reconciles at month end without anyone chasing receipts, and whether a person answers the phone when a flight moves at eleven at night.
We are based in Frisco, about twenty minutes north. Richardson is covered by our own vehicles and our own chauffeurs, dispatched from nearby, rather than handed to whichever contractor a national platform found cheapest that morning.
Central Expressway is the whole story
Nearly every Richardson trip touches US 75 or the President George Bush Turnpike, and both behave nothing like their map estimate between about half past six and half past nine. Addison is about ten minutes from most of Richardson, which is the shortest run to serious business aviation from anywhere in the metroplex. If you fly private into this corridor, it is almost always the field you are using.

Love Field or DFW from Richardson?
Love Field, most of the time. It is about 20 to 25 minutes down Central against 30 to 35 minutes west to DFW, and Richardson is one of the few parts of the metroplex where that gap holds up in real traffic. How close is Addison for a private arrival?
