Who books it and why
Two kinds of trip, mostly. Corporate groups heading down for the day, and friends or family going to Magnolia and the Silos. The second one is usually a group that wants to travel together, arrive together, and not have anyone driving back up I‑35 at the end of it.
Pickups run from anywhere across North Texas. Dallas, Frisco, Fort Worth, Celina, wherever the group actually starts. You are not asked to gather at one address to suit us.

Sized to the group, not to the invoice
Tell us the headcount and we will tell you what fits. An SUV for a small party, an Executive Sprinter for up to 14, a mini coach for a larger group.

A Surface Transportation Cost applies to every reservation. It is a percentage of the base rate that moves with fuel and toll costs, and the rate that applies to your booking is shown on your quote. All pricing is subject to change, and we are always willing to work something out that suits both sides.
How the day runs
Your chauffeur stays with you
In Waco we park wherever we can get close and stay in contact with you by phone. When you are ready it is a simple pickup and go. No hunting for the car, no arranging a way back, no second booking at the far end.

I‑35 between here and Waco has been under construction for years and the map times are optimistic. We watch it on the day and route around it. That is the chauffeur's job, not yours.
Pricing
Hourly, or a flat day rate
Waco runs are priced by the hour from start to finish, or as a negotiated flat day rate where that suits the trip better. Waco is roughly two hours each way from North Texas, so most bookings work out at eight hours or more once the drive down, the time there and the return are counted.
