How wedding bookings work

Wedding transportation is booked hourly, with a five to six hour minimum on larger vehicles. That covers the getting-ready hotel, the ceremony, photos, the reception, and the send-off.

Your vehicle stays with you rather than being dispatched elsewhere. A deposit locks in the date and time. Cancellation windows run 48 hours on sedans and SUVs, 7 days on Sprinter vans, and 14 days on limo buses and coaches.

Guest shuttles run as a loop from the hotels to the venue and back, which is usually cheaper than a vehicle per group and gets everyone there at once.

Where a venue requires a parking pass, it is mandatory and is arranged at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed with management. Hotels, resorts, and downtown venues often charge separately for oversized vehicle access, and a limo bus or coach cannot be left in a standard lot.
