Addison Airport and the Arlington entertainment district
Most of our cities are variations on the same work: airport runs, corporate accounts, evenings out. Two are different enough to call out, because what they need from a car is not what anywhere else needs.
Addison Airport and the FBOs
Addison is one of the busiest general aviation fields in the country, with nearly six hundred based aircraft, three FBOs and 24 hour US Customs. When your aircraft comes in at Million Air Dallas, Atlantic Aviation or Galaxy FBO, this is what happens.
- Meet and greet at no charge, planeside where the operator allows vehicles on the ramp, otherwise inside the terminal
- Tail number tracking where the aircraft is trackable, and a call to the FBO front desk where it is not
- Arrivals billed hourly with a two hour minimum, so a schedule change is absorbed rather than argued about
- Unmarked sedans and SUVs, and NDAs on request
Arlington and the stadium district
Two major league stadiums, a convention centre and a theme park within walking distance of one another, in a city with no traditional public transit. Game day is not a driving problem, it is a parking and departure problem.

How our service area actually works
We are based in Frisco, Texas, and have been since 1998. Our vehicles and chauffeurs run out of the Dallas Fort Worth area, which means a request anywhere in the metroplex is dispatched from close by rather than routed through a national booking platform.
Outside the metroplex we work with trusted operators we have used for years. If one of our own vehicles is already in Houston or Austin, we use it. If not, an affiliate covers it to the same standard. We have run this way for 28 years and we would rather explain it than pretend otherwise.
Long distance work is quoted garage to garage, including the empty legs, so the number you see is the number you pay. Larger vehicles are quoted on a mileage rate that moves with fuel, and overnight trips add hotel and per diem to the quote. We travel across Texas as a matter of routine, cross country motorcoach charter is available on request, and our affiliate network takes care of clients worldwide.

Luggage runs roughly two pieces a passenger, one checked and one carry on, and shifts with the vehicle and headcount. Sedans and SUVs are unmarked. Vehicles are assigned by what is closest and available on your date and time.

Frequently asked questions about our service area
How do you handle private jet arrivals at Addison Airport?
We work all three FBOs on the field: Million Air Dallas, Atlantic Aviation and Galaxy FBO. We track the tail number where the aircraft is trackable and confirm with the FBO front desk where it is not. Meet and greet costs nothing at an FBO, planeside where the operator permits vehicles on the ramp and inside the terminal where it does not. Arrivals are billed hourly with a two hour minimum, because private schedules move.
What do you cover for events in Arlington?
AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, Choctaw Stadium, Texas Live! and the convention hotels. Event nights are booked hourly so the same vehicle waits for you, and we agree a pickup point away from the main exit flow before you go in. Venue parking permits are arranged when you book, because arenas sell them in advance only and they sell out.
Is there an hourly minimum?
Airport transfers never carry one, in either direction, on any day. Friday and Saturday carry a four hour minimum on smaller vehicles and five to six hours on larger units. Proms, concerts and sporting events run five to six hours. FBO arrivals are billed hourly with a two hour minimum. Exceptions can be worked out with management.
How far in advance should I book?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most trips. Prom season, graduation weekends, PGA and F1 weekends and the run up to Christmas commit vehicles across the whole Texas market months out. Same day is often workable for a sedan or SUV, less so for anything larger.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. Every trip takes a deposit to lock in the date and time, and deposits are not refundable. Cancellation windows vary by vehicle: 48 hours on sedans and SUVs, 7 days on Sprinter vans, 14 days on mini buses and motor coaches. Cancellations inside those windows are charged in full. Your exact terms are listed on the signed confirmation.
