The busiest square mile in Texas, and no train to it
There is nowhere else in the state where two major league stadiums, a convention centre, an esports arena and a theme park sit within walking distance of one another. On a Sunday in autumn, eighty thousand people arrive at AT&T Stadium. Move a Rangers home game onto the same weekend and add a convention at the Loews, and Arlington is holding a small city's worth of visitors inside a few blocks.
And Arlington, uniquely among cities its size in America, has no traditional fixed route public transit. No train, no bus network. Everybody drives, or everybody is driven. That single fact is why chauffeured ground transport in Arlington is not a luxury purchase the way it is in most suburbs. It is frequently the only sensible way to move a group.

The problem in Arlington is never the journey there. It is parking, and it is the hour after the final whistle. Airports
Arlington sits closer to DFW than most of Dallas does
This is the part people underestimate. DFW is roughly twenty minutes north of the entertainment district, which is a shorter run than from large parts of Dallas itself. A guest flying in for a game or a convention can be at their hotel inside half an hour of collecting their bag.

Arlington is where the large vehicles earn their keep. Twelve people going to a game in three cars will arrive at three different times, park in three different lots and leave separately. Luggage runs roughly two pieces a passenger, one checked and one carry on, and shifts with the vehicle and headcount. Vehicles are assigned by what is closest and available on your date and time.

How the booking works
Minimums, deposits and cancellations
- Venue parking passes are mandatory and sell out. AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field sell limousine and motorcoach permits in advance only. We arrange the pass when you book, which is the main reason to book an Arlington game day early rather than the week of.
- Event work is booked hourly. Friday and Saturday run a four hour minimum on smaller vehicles and five to six hours on larger ones. Concerts and sporting events are five to six hours. Exceptions can be worked out with management.
- Airport transfers carry no hourly minimum. Point to point, any day and any hour, including overnight.
- Private jet arrivals are hourly with a two hour minimum, because private schedules move.
- Every trip takes a deposit to lock the date and time. Deposits are not refundable.
- Cancellation windows by vehicle: sedans and SUVs 48 hours, Sprinter vans 7 days, mini buses and motor coaches 14 days. Late cancellations are charged in full. Your exact terms are on the signed confirmation.

Arlington questions
Do you do Cowboys and Rangers game days?
Constantly. Game days are booked hourly rather than as a drop off, because the value is the vehicle waiting for you afterwards. Big dates fill early and the venue parking permit has to be arranged when you book, so a week's notice on a Cowboys home game is tight.
Where do you pick up after an event at AT&T Stadium?
At a point agreed before you go in, deliberately away from the main exit flow. Eighty thousand people leaving at once is the reason a chauffeur beats an app in Arlington, and the pickup point is most of the job.
How far is Arlington from DFW Airport?
About 20 minutes north, which is one of the shorter airport legs in the metroplex. Love Field is about 30 minutes northeast. A great deal of our Arlington work is a guest landing at DFW and going straight to a hotel in the entertainment district.
Can you shuttle a conference group at the Loews and the convention center?

Are you based in Arlington?
No. We are based in Frisco and our vehicles and chauffeurs are DFW based, so an Arlington booking is quoted as the trip it actually is. In practice most Arlington work pairs with a DFW airport leg, which is 20 minutes away, so the positioning is rarely the awkward part.
