Private aviation
Addison Airport is the reason most people call us
Addison is one of the busiest general aviation airports in the country and by a distance the busiest in this part of North Texas. Nearly six hundred aircraft are based there, it runs over a hundred and twenty thousand operations a year, and there are more than seventy aviation businesses on the field. It sits about twelve miles north of downtown Dallas and about ten miles northeast of DFW, with a 7,203 foot runway, ILS and RNAV approaches, an FAA control tower and no landing fees.
What makes it different from the commercial fields for our purposes is the customs port. Addison runs US Customs 24 hours, which is why so many international arrivals come in here rather than fighting the terminals. It also means arrival times move around, sometimes by an hour, and how a ground operator handles that is the whole job.

How we work an Addison arrival
- We track the tail number where the aircraft is trackable. Where it is not, we ring the FBO front desk and confirm the arrival directly rather than working off a filed time that has already changed
- Meet and greet costs nothing at an FBO. Planeside where the operator permits vehicles on the ramp, otherwise inside the terminal. We do not state ramp access as an absolute, because it is the FBO's decision on the day and it varies
- Arrivals bill hourly with a two hour minimum. That is deliberate. Private schedules slip, and a ninety minute change should not become an argument about a point to point fare
- Departures are point to point unless the wait runs past 30 minutes, which converts the trip to hourly. That is your call and subject to the schedule
- We wait through customs on an international arrival rather than starting a clock at wheels down
- Sedans and SUVs are unmarked and we sign nondisclosure agreements on request. Standard for crew moves, principals and client entertaining
Vehicles we bring to the ramp
Cadillac Escalade ESV, GMC Yukon Denali, Lincoln Aviator and Sprinters. The Escalade is the default for a two or three passenger arrival with real luggage, the Sprinter when a full crew and its bags come off together.

Love Field, DFW and the fields beyond Addison
Addison's position is genuinely good. Love Field is about fifteen minutes south, which is one of the shortest commercial airport legs anywhere we serve, and DFW is about twenty five minutes west.

Around town
Four and a half square miles, two hundred restaurants
Addison packs more restaurants per head than anywhere else in the country: over two hundred of them inside 4.4 square miles, along with twenty three hotels. It is a town built for people who arrive, eat, sleep and leave, which is more or less our whole business.
- Belt Line Road: The restaurant corridor. Group dinners here are a standing booking, because parking a party of ten anywhere near Belt Line on a Friday is a losing game.
- Addison Circle and Addison Circle Park: Kaboom Town, Oktoberfest, Taste Addison and the concert series. Big crowds, tight streets, and a fixed pickup point away from the exit flow is the difference between leaving and sitting.
- The Quorum and Tollway hotel cluster: Conference guest arrivals and departures, and evening runs out to dinner and back.
- WaterTower Theatre: Evening collection, booked as a block so the vehicle is there at curtain down.
- The Tollway office corridor: Client collection, standing airport runs, employee shuttles.
Evening trips are booked as a block of time rather than a one way fare. Reserving the block keeps the same vehicle and chauffeur with you, somewhere secure for coats and bags, and a guaranteed ride home at the hour you pick.

Accounts for the North Dallas business district
Addison sits in the middle of the North Dallas business district with a private jet field inside its own boundary. That combination produces a very particular kind of work: a principal or a client team landing at Addison, held through a meeting, taken to dinner on Belt Line, then back to the aircraft or to a hotel. It is repeat business and it belongs on a standing account.

Luggage runs roughly two pieces a passenger, one checked and one carry on, and shifts with the vehicle and headcount. Vehicles are assigned by what is closest and available on your date and time.

How the booking works
Minimums, deposits and cancellations
- Private jet arrivals are hourly with a two hour minimum, because private schedules move. Departures are point to point unless wait time passes 30 minutes.
- Commercial airport transfers carry no hourly minimum. Point to point, any day and any hour, including overnight.
- Evening and event work is booked hourly. Friday and Saturday run a four hour minimum on smaller vehicles and five to six hours on larger ones. Proms, concerts and sporting events are five to six hours. Exceptions can be worked out with management.
- Every trip takes a deposit to lock the date and time. Deposits are not refundable.
- Cancellation windows by vehicle: sedans and SUVs 48 hours, Sprinter vans 7 days, mini buses and motor coaches 14 days. Late cancellations are charged in full. Your exact terms are listed on the signed confirmation.
- Venue parking passes are mandatory and are arranged at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. This does not apply at an FBO.

Where the FBO allows vehicles onto the ramp, yes, and there is no charge for it. Where the operator does not permit ramp access that day, we meet you inside the terminal instead. We do not promise ramp access as an absolute, because it is the FBO's call and it varies.
