What Frisco actually books

Three things, mostly. Airport runs to DFW and Love Field, on standing arrangements for people who fly every week. Event and venue work at The Star, PGA Frisco, Toyota Stadium and Comerica Center. And weddings, where guests are scattered across hotels in Frisco, Plano and The Colony and somebody has to get them all to the same place at the same time.

PGA Frisco brought the PGA of America headquarters, two championship courses and the Omni resort to a city we have driven since 1998. Championship weeks now commit vehicles across the entire North Texas market, not just Frisco, and they do it months in advance.

If you are organising corporate hospitality or bringing clients in for a tournament, the vehicle is the part people forget until it is gone. Book it when you book the tickets.

• Resort and course transfers, with pickup points agreed clear of the main entrance before the day

Championship and tournament weeks are the hardest bookings of the year to get in this market. Prom season and the run up to Christmas are the only things that compete with them.

• The Star: Cowboys world headquarters, the Ford Center, the Cowboys Club and the restaurants around it. As much corporate event work as game day work, and the two behave completely differently.
• PGA Frisco and Omni PGA Frisco Resort: Championship weeks, corporate golf, conferences and weddings.
• Toyota Stadium: FC Dallas and the high school football championships, which fill the whole city for a weekend in December.
• Comerica Center: Events and the Stars practice facility.
• Riders Field: RoughRiders games and corporate suites, a genuinely good group night out.
• Stonebriar Centre and the Legacy corridor: Shopping, dinner and the December traffic that comes with both.
• Frisco Rail District: Downtown dining and small private events.

Event trips are booked as a block of time rather than a one way fare. The roads around any venue are gridlocked for an hour after it ends. Reserving the block keeps the same vehicle and chauffeur with you, somewhere secure for coats and bags, and a guaranteed ride home at the hour you choose.

Frisco to DFW, Love Field and McKinney National

DFW is roughly 30 to 35 minutes southwest depending on where in Frisco you are and what the Dallas North Tollway is doing. Love Field is about 30 minutes south. McKinney National is about 20 minutes east and is the fastest private aviation option from here by a wide margin.

• Flight tracking on every booking. We adjust to your actual landing time, not the schedule
• Complimentary wait time: 30 minutes on domestic arrivals, 45 on international, 15 on departures. A rideshare driver waits about five
• Curbside is standard. Meet and greet inside at baggage claim with a name sign is a $25 add on chosen at booking
• Airport transfers are always point to point. No hourly minimum, any day, any hour
• Standing accounts for regular flyers. Preferences on file, the same chauffeur where scheduling allows, and monthly billing instead of paying per trip

How we handle an FBO arrival

• Tail number tracking where the aircraft is trackable. Where it is not, we confirm arrival directly with the FBO front desk
• Meet and greet is complimentary at FBOs, planeside where the operator allows vehicles on the ramp, otherwise inside the terminal
• Arrivals are billed hourly with a two hour minimum, because private schedules move. A ninety minute slip should not turn into a dispute over a point to point fare
• Departures are standard point to point unless wait time runs past 30 minutes, which converts the trip to hourly, at your call and subject to schedule
• Unmarked sedans and SUVs, NDAs on request

The recurring Frisco wedding problem is not the couple, it is the guests. A Frisco wedding usually means room blocks at three or four hotels spread across Frisco, Plano, The Colony and Prosper, and a venue that has nowhere near enough parking for all of them.

We run it as a collection loop rather than individual fares. It is priced hourly and by vehicle rather than per person, which almost always works out cheaper than people expect, and the whole party arrives together instead of trickling in through the ceremony.

Sedans and SUVs are unmarked, and we sign nondisclosure agreements on request. Vehicles are assigned by what is closest and available for your date and time, and in Frisco that is usually very close.

For a group with luggage, driving to another Texas city is often faster door to door than flying, and frequently cheaper once you count four airfares, bag fees and a rental car at the other end.

Quoted garage to garage including the empty legs, so the number you see is the number you pay. Larger vehicles are quoted on a mileage rate that moves with fuel, and overnight trips add the chauffeur's hotel and per diem.
