Goodman Executive Sedan provides discreet, on-time ground transportation for private jet passengers, executives, and flight crews across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. We work every FBO on the field: Business Jet Center, Signature Aviation, Atlantic Aviation, and Jet Aviation at Dallas Love Field (DAL); Million Air Dallas, Atlantic Aviation, and Galaxy FBO at Addison Airport (ADS); plus the private terminals at DFW, McKinney National, Fort Worth Meacham, and Alliance. We track your tail number, confirm with the FBO desk, and meet you planeside where the facility permits it. Unmarked vehicles as standard. Live dispatch, twenty-four hours.
Standing accounts for corporate flight departments, with traveler preferences on file, consolidated monthly billing, and net-30 terms with approved credit. Crew moves on the crew’s schedule, including the early shows and the late releases. Multi-vehicle arrivals for boards and delegations. Send us the trip sheet with the tail number, ETA, FBO, passenger count, and bag count, and you’ll get a written quote back.
Private aviation
Planeside pickups, crew transport, and passenger transfers at every FBO in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Twenty-eight years of working private aviation, unmarked vehicles as standard, and live dispatch at any hour your aircraft actually lands.
How it works
Private schedules move. A commercial flight lands within a window; a Gulfstream lands when it lands. Everything below exists because of that one difference.
Dallas Love Field (KDAL)
One of the busiest business aviation fields in the country, and six miles from downtown Dallas. If your meeting is in the city, this is usually the shortest ground leg you will find.
The CAA preferred FBO on the field, operating 24/7 across a 53-acre campus with two executive terminals. Long-standing flight department base.
Multiple terminals at Love Field, including the Alpha 3 facility. Tell us which Signature terminal your handler assigned, since they sit in different parts of the field.
Full-service handling at Love Field. Formerly operating under the TAC Air name, so older paperwork may still say TAC.
Full-service FBO with international handling support.
Love Field runs about fifteen minutes to downtown, twenty-five to thirty to the Galleria and Legacy, and thirty-five to Frisco. We build the traffic pattern into the schedule rather than quoting a best case.
Addison Airport (KADS)
The busiest general aviation field in North Texas, with over five hundred based aircraft and a hundred and fifty of them jets. The default choice for North Dallas, the Galleria corridor, Plano, and Frisco.
The CAA preferred FBO at Addison, with a dedicated international services ramp for customs clearance into the Dallas area.
Full-service handling on Claire Chennault. One of the busiest ramps on the field.
Seven acres of uninterrupted ramp and three large hangars, part of a Texas chain that also operates at Hobby and Conroe.
Addison sits about twenty minutes from downtown Dallas, fifteen from Plano, twenty from Frisco, and ten from Carrollton. For a resident of the northern suburbs it is almost always the faster arrival than Love Field.
The rest of the metroplex
Private terminals on the field, with customs. The usual choice for international arrivals and anyone connecting to a commercial leg.
McKinney Air Center, with U.S. Customs on site. Quieter than the Dallas fields and the closest option for McKinney, Allen, Prosper, and Frisco. A commercial passenger terminal opens here in late 2026.
Texas Jet, American Aero FTW, and Cornerstone Flight Center. Five miles from downtown Fort Worth, a port of entry, with a 24-hour tower.
An 11,000-foot runway that takes anything flying, plus customs. Right for heavy aircraft, the North Loop corporate corridor, and Texas Motor Speedway weekends.
Southwest of downtown and considerably quieter. A good option when Love Field is congested or a client wants a low-profile arrival.
North of the metroplex, minutes from Denton, Argyle, and Flower Mound.
The closest field to AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field. Game day and event arrivals.
Mid-cities and south Fort Worth coverage for lighter aircraft.
Mesquite Metro, Rockwall, Terrell, Northwest Regional, Aero Country, and Lancaster. If you can land there, we can meet you there.
Flying into Houston, Austin, San Antonio, or the Gulf Coast instead? We cover those fields too. See Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and Galveston.
The vehicles
Every vehicle on our private aviation roster is unmarked, cleaned before your trip, and chosen for the thing that actually matters on a ramp: getting passengers and luggage away quickly and quietly.
| Vehicle | Passengers | Right for |
|---|---|---|
| Lincoln Aviator | 3 | Single principal or a pair, with room for carry-on and a garment bag. The quiet default. |
| Cadillac Escalade ESV | 6, or 4 with full luggage | Long wheelbase, so it holds bags a standard SUV cannot. The workhorse for FBO arrivals. |
| GMC Yukon Denali | 6 | Same class as the Escalade when a client prefers it, or when we are running two vehicles and want them matched. |
| Executive Sprinter | 14 | Full flight crew plus passengers, or a board travelling together. Room to stand, work, and stow bags properly. |
| Limo Sprinter | 13, 18 bags | Client entertaining straight off the aircraft. |
| Minibus and coach | 20 to 56 | Charter groups, sports teams, and corporate movements arriving on a single aircraft. |
Who books us
Standing arrangements for recurring trips, traveler preferences on file, consolidated monthly billing with detailed trip reports, and net-30 terms with approved credit and a PO.
We work as the ground leg on your booking. One point of contact, confirmations in writing, and we do not contact your client behind you.
Send the trip sheet and we will read it. Tail, ETA, FBO, pax count, bag count, and destination is all we need to quote.
Hotel to FBO and back on the crew's schedule, including the early shows and the late releases nobody else wants to cover.
The same chauffeur where scheduling allows, preferences kept on file, and nothing in your driveway that announces a car service.
Unmarked vehicles, NDAs, discreet routing, and coordination with your own detail where one is travelling.

Questions
Where the FBO permits vehicles on the ramp, yes, and we meet the aircraft at the steps. Ramp access rules differ by field and by operator, so it is not something any car service can promise everywhere. Where access is not permitted, your chauffeur is inside the terminal with a name board. Either way, meet-and-greet at an FBO is complimentary.
We track the tail number where it is trackable, and confirm directly with the FBO front desk where it is not. Arrivals are billed hourly with a two-hour minimum for exactly this reason: the vehicle is held for you, so a ninety-minute slip does not become a dispute about a fixed fare. Dispatch is staffed by a person twenty-four hours a day, so a late-night diversion to a different field gets handled rather than left on voicemail.
All of them. Business Jet Center, Signature, Atlantic Aviation, and Jet Aviation at Love Field. Million Air Dallas, Atlantic Aviation, and Galaxy FBO at Addison. McKinney Air Center at McKinney National. Texas Jet, American Aero FTW, and Cornerstone at Fort Worth Meacham. Plus DFW International, Alliance, Dallas Executive, Denton Enterprise, Arlington, Grand Prairie, Spinks, and the regional strips across North Texas.
No. Every vehicle on the private aviation roster is unmarked. No livery, no signage, no company name on the ramp or in your driveway. NDAs are available on request and are routine for us rather than an exception.
Tail number, estimated arrival or departure time, which FBO and which field, passenger count, bag count, and the destination. That is enough for a written quote with the vehicle and rate confirmed. Bag count matters more than people expect, and it is the most common reason a vehicle turns out to be the wrong size.
Yes, hotel to FBO and back on the crew's schedule. That includes the early shows and the late releases that are hardest to cover, which is where a lot of operators quietly decline. Recurring crew movements can run on a standing arrangement with monthly billing.
Yes, and it is a routine booking rather than a special request. Two Escalades and a Sprinter meeting a single aircraft is a normal week for us. We can also match vehicles so a delegation arrives looking like one party.
Yes. We work as the ground leg on your booking with one point of contact, written confirmations, and no contact with your client behind you. Broker arrangements and standing accounts are both welcome.
Yes. All trips require a deposit to lock in the date and time, and deposits are non-refundable. Established corporate and broker accounts with approved credit are handled on consolidated monthly billing instead. Cancellation windows vary by vehicle and are listed on your signed confirmation.
Up to about six hundred miles from base. That covers Houston, Galveston, Austin, San Antonio, and most of Texas and the surrounding states. Long-distance runs are quoted garage to garage, including the empty positioning legs, and overnight trips add lodging and per diem itemized in the quote.
Tail number, ETA, FBO, passengers, and bags. You will get a written quote back with the vehicle and rate confirmed. Standing accounts and broker arrangements welcome.

Every chauffeur is background-checked and drug-screened before their first trip, with driving records pulled and monitored on an ongoing basis. Each completes a defensive driving course and rides supervised before ever driving a client alone. They’re accustomed to private aviation work, they don’t discuss passengers, and NDAs are available on request.
Corporate roadshows, executive travel, weddings, stadium events, and private city tours. Book as-directed hourly and the vehicle and chauffeur stay with you all day, so three meetings, a lunch, and a drop at the FBO run on one booking instead of four. When your flight time moves, the ground plan moves with it.
Standing accounts for corporate flight departments, with traveler preferences on file and monthly billing. Crew moves on the crew’s schedule, including the early shows and late releases. Multi-vehicle arrivals for boards and delegations. Send the trip sheet with tail number, ETA, FBO, passenger count, and bag count, and you’ll get a written quote back.
