Three hours is our minimum lead time for a booking made through this form. That window is what lets us confirm ramp access with the FBO, assign the right vehicle rather than whatever is closest, and have your onboard preferences stocked before we roll. Inside that window a phone call gets you a person and, in most cases, a vehicle. Short notice is not a problem. It just needs dispatch rather than a form.
