Taste all day, ride home in comfort

A wine tour limo is the easy way to do a wine day properly. There are several stops, a few pours at each, and a drive home at the end. That last part is the reason to book a chauffeur. Your group travels together, the vehicle is waiting at every stop, and nobody has to count glasses.

Wine tours are part of our regular work, for couples, birthdays, anniversaries, bachelorette parties and company outings. We have been driving North Texas for 28 years.

Where a wine day usually goes

Grapevine and North Texas wineries

Grapevine has a cluster of tasting rooms close together and sits right between Dallas and Fort Worth, so it is the easiest wine day in the Metroplex. Wineries further out across North Texas can be added to the same day. See our Grapevine page.

Texas Hill Country

Fredericksburg and the Hill Country wineries are around four hours from Dallas each way, so they usually work best as an overnight trip. We quote the whole trip up front, including the chauffeur hotel. See long distance service.

Wineries within about 95 miles of Frisco

Pick any mix of these for one day out. Tasting room hours change through the year, so tell us where you want to go and we confirm each stop is open before the day. Drive times are from Frisco and will vary with traffic.

How a wine tour is priced

Hourly, start to finish

The clock runs from the moment we collect you until we drop you home, and the vehicle and chauffeur stay with your group at every stop.

Minimums

Hourly minimums depend on the day and the vehicle you choose. Your written quote shows the minimum before you book, so there are no surprises.

Deposits and cancellations

A deposit holds every trip and is non refundable. Cancellation windows are 48 hours for sedans and SUVs, 7 days for Sprinters, and 14 days for buses and coaches.

All pricing is subject to change, and we are always willing to work out something that suits both sides. You can also put your pickup address and destination into our booking tool and see a price for yourself.

What fits your group

A wine tour means hours in the vehicle between stops, so comfort matters more than on a quick transfer. Couples usually book a sedan or SUV, and groups usually book the Limousine Sprinter or a limo bus. Bottles you buy along the way ride home with you.

Where we collect from

We are based in Frisco and collect anywhere across the Metroplex, and we meet guests flying in at DFW or Love Field for a wine day. Airport pickups need the flight number and arrival time.

Questions we get asked

Any that are open to visitors. Tell us the tasting rooms you want and we set the order and the timing. Check each winery for its hours and whether it needs a reservation, because many tasting rooms book up on weekends.

Yes. The vehicle and chauffeur stay with your group for the whole booked period, and your chauffeur can share his live location by WhatsApp or a pin drop so you always know where the vehicle is.

On the buses you are welcome to bring your own cooler of beer or spirits. Nobody under 21 drinks aboard under any circumstances, and the run ends on the spot if that happens.

Anything from a couple in a sedan to 56 in a motor coach. For wine days, the Limousine Sprinter at 13 and the limo buses at 20 or 35 work well for groups.

Yes. It is a long drive each way from Dallas, so most groups make it an overnight trip. The chauffeur hotel and per diem are added to the quote, and we lay everything out before you commit.

As early as you can for the larger vehicles, especially on spring and fall weekends when limo buses and Sprinters go weeks ahead. A deposit holds the date and the vehicle.
