The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory sits at 300 Las Colinas Boulevard West, wrapped in restaurants and bars, with a design that lets it open up to a lawn or close down into a smaller room depending on the show.
That surrounding entertainment district is exactly why Toyota Music Factory transportation is worth booking. You are not just parking for a concert, you are parking against everybody who came for dinner. Groups who drive themselves usually end up split across two garages.

- Touring concerts spring through fall, generally with a 7 or 8 o’clock start.
- Comedy and spoken word in the closed configuration.

- Dinner first, show after. The restaurant cluster next door means most groups want the vehicle for the whole evening.
Where to be dropped
We agree a drop point on the Las Colinas Boulevard side rather than sending you through the garage traffic. Your chauffeur then holds a waiting spot nearby and shares it with you by pin drop or live WhatsApp location.
Where the venue requires a pass for an oversized vehicle we arrange it at the time of booking. As always, if you can get the pass with your tickets it usually costs less, and we are happy to work from yours. If not, we buy it and bill it back.
Because the district empties into the same few streets, we normally stage slightly away from the crush and walk you the short distance. It is faster than sitting still.

Drive times are estimates for normal conditions. Event traffic changes them, which is why we set the pickup time when we quote rather than leaving it to you to guess.
How our chauffeurs work an event
The Music Factory plaza clears quickly and the garage does not. Your chauffeur stays onsite for the whole booked block and sends his live location by WhatsApp, so you come out of the Pavilion and walk to the vehicle instead of waiting on a ramp. Before you book
- Parking passes. Where the venue requires one we arrange it at booking. Bring your own if it came with your tickets, otherwise we buy it and it goes on the invoice.
- Hourly minimums. Concerts at large venues run hourly on a four to six hour minimum. Smaller rooms are four hours. Dinner beforehand usually pushes a booking to the higher end.
- A deposit holds every trip and is non refundable. Cancellation windows vary by vehicle and are listed on our pricing page.
- Book the big dates early. The larger vehicles go first, and on peak weekends they go weeks ahead.

How far is it from Frisco?
About 30 to 40 minutes, which makes it one of the easier big concert venues to reach from north Collin County. From DFW Airport it is only 10 to 15 minutes.
What is the minimum booking for a concert?
Four to six hours at a large venue like this one, depending on the vehicle. Smaller venues are four hours. Every booking takes a deposit to hold the date.
Can we eat at the Music Factory first?
Most groups do. The restaurants are right there, so we drop for dinner, hold, and you walk to the show. It is all one booking.
Will the chauffeur be there when the show ends?
Yes. He stays onsite for the whole block, watches the door you came out of, and makes contact as you exit. You are never looking for the vehicle.
Do you serve other Irving and Las Colinas events?
