New Year’s Eve Transportation in Dallas Fort Worth: Ring In 2027 and Get Home Safely
The hardest ride to get all year is the one home after midnight on New Year’s Eve. Here is how to plan the whole night with one chauffeur and one vehicle, and why it needs to be booked well before December 31.

New Year’s Eve falls on a Thursday this year. Dinners, hotel galas, house parties and countdowns will fill Uptown, Deep Ellum, downtown Dallas, Sundance Square in Fort Worth and the Frisco and Legacy West districts, and nearly all of them end at the same time. Just after midnight, thousands of people try to leave at once, rideshare prices spike, and the wait for a car can run well past an hour.
New Year’s Eve transportation with a chauffeur takes that problem away. You book one vehicle for the evening. It picks you up, takes you to dinner and on to the party, waits while you celebrate, and is right outside the door when you are ready to go home. Our goal for 28 years has been the same: arrive on time and safely, with nothing on your mind.
How people use us on New Year’s Eve
- Dinner and a party. One booking covers the restaurant, the party and the ride home, with the chauffeur staying with you the whole time.
- Hotel galas and ballroom events. A pickup from home and a return after midnight, so the couple or the group can enjoy the evening without a car to worry about.
- House party shuttles. A Sprinter or mini bus that collects guests from their homes and returns them safely afterward, so the host knows everyone got home.
- Group nights out. Friends moving between two or three spots in Uptown or Deep Ellum, together, with no one left behind on a curb.
- Company and client events. Executives and guests taken to a year end celebration, with corporate invoicing available.
Planning the night, and when to book
New Year’s Eve transportation in Dallas Fort Worth is booked earlier than almost any other night of the year. The larger vehicles, the stretch limousines and the limo buses go first, often weeks ahead. If you know your plans, book now. If the headcount is not final, book on your best guess and adjust it later.
Below is an example of how a typical night runs on an hourly booking. Every booking is different, and we will build your schedule with you when we quote.
| Example timeline | What happens |
|---|---|
| 7:00 PM | Pickup at home, or a loop to collect the group |
| 7:30 PM | Dinner, while your chauffeur waits with the vehicle |
| 9:30 PM | On to the party, gala or countdown |
| Midnight | Celebrate, the vehicle is already in position |
| 12:45 AM to 1:30 AM | Back in the vehicle, no waiting for a ride |
| Around 2:00 AM | Everyone home safely |
An example only. Your pickup times, stops and finish time are set with you at booking and shown on your written quote.

How your chauffeur works the night
Midnight is when a chauffeur earns his keep. Here is the routine that makes the ride home the easy part of the night.
Your chauffeur stays onsite
On an hourly booking the chauffeur and vehicle stay with you for the whole booked time. He does not leave to take another job.
You always know where he is
We share his live location through WhatsApp or send a pin drop of the spot he is holding, so you can find the vehicle in a crowded street.
We watch the door
As the countdown ends your chauffeur is watching the door you went in through and makes contact as you come out.
A smile and a hand
Doors held and a hand getting everyone in and out. VIP treatment is what people expect on this night, and it is what they get.
Booking New Year’s Eve transportation
Before you book
- Ask for a written quote. Tell us your pickup addresses, your stops and the size of your group. We answer written quotes within the hour, and our phone is answered 24/7.
- A 20 percent deposit holds the vehicle. It is non refundable, because on a night like this a booked vehicle means we turn other calls away.
- Mind the cancellation windows. 48 hours for sedans and SUVs, 7 days for Sprinter vans, and 14 days for mini buses and motor coaches. For a mini bus on New Year’s Eve, that means by December 17.
- Hourly minimums vary by vehicle and date. Your written quote shows the minimum for your booking.
- Drinks on board. Guests may bring their own cooler with beer and spirits on our group vehicles. Absolutely no drinking by minors. If it happens, the run ends on the spot.
- Flying in or out for the holiday? Airport transfers carry no hourly minimum. Give us the flight number and arrival time and we will track it. See our holiday airport travel guide.

Questions we get asked
How early should I book New Year’s Eve transportation?
As soon as you know your plans. December 31 is one of the first nights of the year to book out, and the larger vehicles go weeks ahead.
Will the chauffeur wait for us until after midnight?
On an hourly booking, yes. The chauffeur and vehicle stay with you for the whole booked time, so the vehicle is outside when you are ready to leave.
Can we make several stops?
Yes. Dinner, a party and a second stop are all fine on an hourly booking. We plan the route and the timing with you when we quote.
Can we bring champagne for midnight?
Guests may bring their own cooler with beer and spirits on our group vehicles. No minors may drink during a rental, and if it happens the run ends immediately.
Do you cover Fort Worth as well as Dallas?
Yes. We are based in Frisco and cover all of Dallas Fort Worth, from Uptown and Deep Ellum to Sundance Square, Legacy West, Southlake and Grapevine.
What about New Year’s Day?
We run on New Year’s Day too, including airport rides home. The Cowboys also host a home game on Sunday January 3. See our Cowboys home games guide.
