Holiday Party Transportation in Dallas Fort Worth: Office Parties, Private Celebrations and Light Tours
December is the busiest month of the year for chauffeured travel in North Texas. Here is how to get your people to the party and home again safely, and when to book so the vehicle you want is still available.

Every year the same thing happens. The calendar fills up with office parties, client dinners and family celebrations, and every one of them ends late at night with people who should not be driving. Rideshare apps surge, cabs disappear, and somebody ends up waiting outside in the cold for a ride that never shows.
Holiday party transportation solves that before it starts. You book one vehicle and one chauffeur for the whole evening. Guests are picked up, the chauffeur stays with the vehicle while the party runs, and everyone gets home on time and safely with nothing on their mind. That has been our goal for 28 years.
What people book us for in December
- Office holiday parties. A shuttle from the office or from a hotel to the venue and back, so nobody drives and the company is not worrying about who got home.
- Client entertaining. A sedan or SUV for the executive taking key clients to dinner. Corporate accounts are invoiced, and we provide a certificate of insurance on request.
- Private parties with friends. A Sprinter or limo bus that collects everyone from their homes and takes the group across town together.
- Holiday light tours. An evening drive through the neighborhood light displays with the family, followed by dinner, with your chauffeur waiting the whole time.
- Family gatherings. Getting grandparents and out of town relatives to the celebration and back to their hotel without anyone having to leave the party to drive.
When to book, and which nights go first
Holiday party transportation in Dallas Fort Worth books in a very predictable order. Friday and Saturday nights in the first three weeks of December go first, and the larger vehicles go before the smaller ones. Weeknight parties in early December and the last week of November are much easier to place.
If your party is on one of the nights below, book now. If you are still waiting on a final headcount, book the vehicle on your best estimate and adjust it later. It is much easier to change a booking than to find a free Sprinter on the second Saturday of December.
| December 2026 night | How fast it books |
|---|---|
| Friday December 4 and Saturday December 5 | Very busy, book now |
| Friday December 11 and Saturday December 12 | The busiest weekend of the season |
| Friday December 18 and Saturday December 19 | Very busy, larger vehicles go weeks ahead |
| Weeknights December 1 to 17 | Good availability if booked a week or two ahead |
| December 20 to 30 | Mostly family gatherings, steady demand |
This is a guide based on how past seasons have booked, not a promise of availability. Call us for the real picture on your date.

How your chauffeur works the night
The difference between a chauffeur and a ride shows up at the end of the evening, when everyone is ready to leave at once.
Your chauffeur stays onsite
On an hourly booking the chauffeur and the vehicle stay with you for the whole booked time. Nobody leaves to take another job and comes back late.
You always know where he is
We share the chauffeur’s live location through WhatsApp, or send a pin drop of the exact spot he is holding, so guests are never wandering a parking lot.
We watch the door
When the party winds down your chauffeur is watching the door you went in through and makes contact as you come out.
A smile and a hand
Doors held and a hand with coats, gifts and whatever else people are carrying home. That is the standard, every booking.
Booking holiday party transportation
Before you book
- Ask for a written quote. Tell us the date, the pickup addresses, the venue and the number of guests. We answer written quotes within the hour, and our phone is answered 24/7.
- A 20 percent deposit holds the vehicle. It is non refundable, because once you book, that vehicle comes out of the system for your date and we turn other calls away for it.
- Cancellation windows depend on the vehicle. 48 hours for sedans and SUVs, 7 days for Sprinter vans, and 14 days for mini buses and motor coaches.
- Hourly minimums vary by vehicle and date. Your written quote shows the minimum for your booking, so there are no surprises.
- One named person manages the booking. For your security, changes are taken from the person the reservation is held under. For office parties, decide up front who that is.
- Drinks on board. Guests may bring their own cooler with beer and spirits on our group vehicles. Absolutely no drinking by minors. If it happens, the run ends on the spot.

Questions we get asked
How early should we book holiday party transportation?
For a Friday or Saturday in the first three weeks of December, as soon as you know the date. For weeknights, a week or two ahead is usually enough. Larger vehicles book out first.
Can you run a shuttle between the office and the venue?
Yes. A Sprinter or mini bus can run loops between the office, a hotel and the venue on an hourly booking, so guests arrive and leave on their own schedule.
Can the company be invoiced?
Yes. Corporate accounts are invoiced, and we can provide a certificate of insurance for your venue or your finance team. We also sign confidentiality agreements on request.
Does the chauffeur wait while we are at the party?
On an hourly booking, yes. The chauffeur and vehicle stay with you for the whole booked time and you can reach him at any point.
Can we bring drinks on board?
Guests may bring their own cooler with beer and spirits on our group vehicles. No minors may drink during a rental, and if it happens the run is ended immediately.
Do you cover Fort Worth and the suburbs?
Yes. We are based in Frisco and cover all of Dallas Fort Worth, from McKinney and Plano to Southlake, Grapevine and Fort Worth.
