The fastest way to a real number
Dallas limo service prices are worked out per trip, so the quickest route to a real figure is to put your pickup address and your destination into our booking tool and let it show you pricing. You do not have to create an account and you do not have to enter a card to see it.
If your trip has moving parts, several stops, a large group, an overnight, or an event with parking restrictions, call us instead. Those are quoted by a person, in writing, and that is usually faster than trying to make a form describe them.
Hourly rates
These are the rates our hourly work is built on. Every booking still carries the STC charge explained below, and the minimum hours depend on the type of event rather than the vehicle.
| Vehicle | Rate per hour |
|---|---|
| Sedan | $80 to $100 |
| Luxury SUV | $125 to $150 |
| Limousine | $140 to $150 |
| Executive Sprinter | $145 to $150 |
| Limousine Sprinter | $165 to $180 |
| Jet Sprinter | $225 |
| Mini coach bus, 20 to 28 passengers | $160 |
| Mini coach bus, 28 to 43 passengers | $185 |
| Motor coach, 56 passengers | $235, five hour minimum |
| Limo buses, stretch Escalades and Hummers | $180 to $300, subject to availability |
Limo bus, stretch Escalade and Hummer pricing depends on the size of the vehicle and what is available on your date, which is why it is given as a range rather than a fixed rate. The 56 passenger motor coach carries a mandatory five hour minimum.
All pricing is subject to change, and we are always willing to work out something favorable to both parties. Twenty eight years of doing this and thousands of happy customers have taught us that a conversation usually beats a rate card.
Airport transfers
Airport work is point to point and carries no hourly minimum at all.
- Sedans and SUVs are priced by mileage. The distance between your pickup and the airport sets the price.
- Sprinters and buses carry a minimum fee, generally between $350 and $1,200 depending on the vehicle. A Sprinter sits near the bottom of that range and a full size coach near the top.
- Travel time can be added depending on how far the pickup is from our base and what the traffic is doing at that hour.
Included with every airport transfer: 30 minutes of wait time on a domestic arrival, 45 minutes on an international arrival, and 15 minutes on a departure pickup. Curbside is standard. A meet and greet inside the terminal with a name board is $25, chosen at booking. For commercial flights we need the flight number and arrival time so we can track it.
Hourly minimums by event
Anything that is not point to point is booked hourly, and the minimum depends on the type of event rather than the vehicle. The minimum applies across every vehicle in the fleet.
| Type of booking | Minimum |
|---|---|
| Sporting events | 5 to 6 hours |
| Concerts, large venue | 4 to 6 hours |
| Concerts, smaller venue | 4 hours |
| Proms and school events | 5 to 6 hours |
| Weekend wedding transfers | 3 to 4 hours, see below |
| FBO and private aviation | 2 hours |
| Airport transfers | No minimum, point to point |
A note on weekend weddings. We do not take plain drop off transfers on a wedding weekend. The day runs on its own schedule, and a fifteen minute transfer squeezed between two other jobs is how wedding parties end up waiting. Where we do accept one it is on a 3 to 4 hour minimum depending on the vehicle, so the car is genuinely yours for that part of the day.
Long distance and out of state
Long haul is quoted either by mileage or by the hour, whichever suits the trip better, and we will tell you which one we used.
- Overnight trips add the chauffeur hotel and per diem. That is laid out in the quote before you commit, never added afterwards.
- The vehicle stays with you. Fly to Houston and the trip does not end when you land: there is a rental counter, a queue, a car you have never driven, and a return leg to work out. Drive it instead and the chauffeur who collected you in Frisco is the one waiting outside your hotel the next morning, with your bags already in the back.
- We travel up to 600 miles from base and run cross country on request.
What gets added, and why
- STC, Standard Transportation Costs, is 17 percent. It appears on every reservation and covers the running costs of the trip, such as fuel and tolls.
- Parking at concerts and sporting events. If you supply the parking pass there is no fee. If we have to buy it, it goes on the invoice. At some venues a pass is mandatory because of the traffic flow rules for getting vehicles out after an event.
- Travel time where the pickup is a long way from base, or where the hour of the day commits the vehicle far longer than the trip itself.
- Wait time beyond what is included on airport arrivals, billed at the hourly rate.
Discounts and gratuity
- First time customer discount, applied at quote stage. Ask when you book.
- Promo codes typically take around 10 percent off.
- A discount can offset the STC charge, so it is always worth asking whether one applies.
Gratuity is your choice. We do not force it into the price. You pick 10, 15 or 20 percent when you book, or you hand your chauffeur cash on the day. All three are normal and none is expected over the others.
Deposits and cancellations
Every trip takes a deposit to hold the date and the vehicle, and deposits are non refundable. Cancellation windows depend on the vehicle, because the larger the vehicle the further ahead we have committed it.
| Vehicle | Cancellation window |
|---|---|
| Sedans and SUVs | 48 hours |
| Sprinter vans | 7 days |
| Mini buses and motor coaches | 14 days |
Pricing questions
Can I see a price without talking to anyone?
Yes. Enter your pickup address and destination in our booking tool and pricing is shown to you. No account and no card required.
What is the STC charge on my quote?
Standard Transportation Costs, 17 percent, applied to every reservation. It covers the running costs of the trip. A first time customer discount or a promo code can offset it.
What does an hour cost?
Sedans run $80 to $100 an hour and luxury SUVs $125 to $150. Limousines are $140 to $150, executive Sprinters $145 to $150, limousine Sprinters $165 to $180 and Jet Sprinters $225. Mini coach buses are $160 or $185 depending on size, and the 56 passenger coach is $235 with a five hour minimum. All pricing is subject to change and we are always willing to work something out.
Why does a Sprinter to the airport cost more than a sedan?
Sedans and SUVs are priced on mileage. Larger vehicles carry a minimum fee, generally $350 to $1,200 depending on the vehicle, because committing a Sprinter or a coach takes it out of service far longer than the drive itself.
Do I have to tip?
It is your choice. Pick 10, 15 or 20 percent at booking, or give your chauffeur cash on the day.
Will I be charged for parking at a game or a concert?
Only if we have to buy the pass. Supply your own and there is no fee. At some venues a pass is mandatory because of how vehicles are routed out after an event, so we sort it at booking.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. Deposits hold your date and vehicle and are non refundable. Cancellation windows are 48 hours for sedans and SUVs, 7 days for Sprinter vans, and 14 days for mini buses and motor coaches.
Can I book a short wedding transfer on a Saturday?
Generally no. Weekend wedding work is not taken as a plain transfer. Where we accept one it runs on a 3 to 4 hour minimum depending on the vehicle.
