This Service Terms & Agreement (“Agreement”) governs all reservations, bookings, and transportation services provided by Goodman Executive Sedan Service (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By making a reservation or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Acceptance of Agreement
By making a reservation and/or utilizing transportation services provided by Goodman Executive Sedan & Limo Service (“Company”), the booking party and all passengers agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
A. Authorized Booking Party
The individual making the reservation represents that they are at least 18 years of age and authorized to enter into this Agreement on behalf of all passengers.
B. Agreement Scope
These terms apply to all reservations booked through www.goodmansedan.com, which redirects to https://www.dfw-limo-dallas.com/.
2. Billing & Charges
A. Quoted Rates
All rates are based on time and distance estimates. Final billing may vary due to traffic delays, additional stops, waiting time, or client-requested modifications.
B. Additional Fees
Additional charges may include tolls, parking, airport fees, gratuity, fuel surcharges, cleaning fees, or damage fees.
C. Payment Authorization
By providing payment information, the booking party authorizes the Company to charge all applicable fees to the card on file.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
A. Standard Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid charges.
B. Late Cancellations
Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to full fare charges.
C. No-Show Policy
Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup location without notice will result in a full charge.
4. Cleaning & Damage Fees
A. Responsibility
The booking party is financially responsible for any damage caused to vehicles during service.
B. Cleaning Fees
Excessive mess, spills, bodily fluids, or smoking damage may result in additional cleaning charges.
5. Drugs & Alcohol Policy
A. Illegal Substances
The use or possession of illegal drugs in any Company vehicle is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service.
B. Alcohol Use
Alcohol consumption is permitted only where legally allowed and must comply with applicable state and local laws.
6. General Terms
A. Vehicle Substitution
The Company reserves the right to substitute vehicles of equal or greater value when necessary.
B. Liability Limitation
The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road conditions, mechanical failure beyond reasonable control, or force majeure events.
C. Lost Items
The Company is not responsible for items left in vehicles, though reasonable efforts will be made to return lost property.
7. Airport & Hourly Service Policies
A. Airport Pickups
Airport pickup times are based on scheduled arrival times. Additional wait time beyond complimentary limits may incur charges.
B. Hourly Minimums
Certain services require minimum hourly commitments as specified at booking.
8. Smoking Policy
All vehicles are strictly non-smoking. Violations may result in cleaning fees and immediate termination of service.
9. Legal Agreement & Binding Effect
A. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
B. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
C. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By booking or utilizing services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
