Arriving together beats arriving in three separate cars.

Eighty thousand people all arrive within the same ninety minutes, and every one of them wants the same parking lot. That is the whole problem with an AT&T Stadium game day, and it is the reason a chauffeur earns his keep on a Cowboys Sunday.

Below is the full home schedule for the 2026 season, along with the departure times we would actually put on the run sheet for a pickup in the Frisco and Plano area. Everything after the table is the part the ticket sites do not tell you.

2026 Cowboys home schedule

Date Opponent Kickoff (CT) Leave north DFW by
Fri, Aug 28 New Orleans Saints (preseason) 7:00 PM 4:30 PM
Sun, Sep 20 Washington Commanders 3:25 PM 12:55 PM
Thu, Oct 8 Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Thursday night) 7:15 PM 4:15 PM
Sun, Nov 1 Arizona Cardinals 12:00 PM 9:30 AM
Sun, Nov 15 San Francisco 49ers 3:25 PM 12:55 PM
Sun, Nov 22 Tennessee Titans 12:00 PM 9:30 AM
Thu, Nov 26 Philadelphia Eagles (Thanksgiving) 3:30 PM 1:00 PM
Sun, Dec 27 Jacksonville Jaguars 7:20 PM 4:50 PM
Sun, Jan 3 New York Giants 12:00 PM 9:30 AM

Departure times assume a Frisco or Plano pickup and allow for game day traffic on I‑35E and around the stadium district. Coming from Fort Worth, Denton or Rockwall changes the math, so ask us when you book. The Cowboys also host Baltimore on September 27, but that game is being played in Brazil, so it is not on this list. Sunday kickoff times in December can shift under NFL flexible scheduling.

What game day actually looks like

The drop is the whole game

Rideshare and general parking put you a long walk from the gate in whatever the weather is doing. We agree a drop point before the day and the chauffeur holds it, so your group steps out close and dry.

Nobody is watching the clock

If part of your group wants to leave at the two minute warning and the rest want to stay, that is fine. The vehicle is yours for the block, not dispatched away the moment you step out.

One vehicle, one group

Ten people in three rideshares arrive at three different times in three different moods. Ten people in one Sprinter arrive together, and the ride home is half the fun of the day.

The exit crush

Leaving Arlington after a night game is worse than getting in. We stage away from the main outflow and tell you exactly where to walk, which is usually faster than sitting in the lot.

How our chauffeurs work a game

Your chauffeur stays onsite

He does not leave and come back. For the whole booked block he is parked on the property and reachable, so there is never a stretch where nobody knows where the vehicle is.

You always know where he is

We share the chauffeur’s live location through WhatsApp, or send a pin drop of the exact spot he is holding. No hunting through a dark lot and no guessing which black SUV is yours.

We watch the door

When the game lets out your chauffeur is watching the gate you went in through, and he makes contact as you come out. That has been our habit for nearly three decades.

A smile and a hand

Doors held, a hand loading and unloading, and help with whatever you are carrying. When people pay for a chauffeured vehicle they expect VIP treatment, and that is what they get.

Book it right and the day runs itself

Before you book

  • Parking passes. Where the venue requires one it is arranged at the time of booking. We encourage you to provide the pass, because it often comes with your tickets at a better price than we can buy it for. If you cannot get one, we purchase it on your behalf and it goes on the invoice. A vehicle without a pass does not get in.
  • Sporting events run hourly. Plan on a five to six hour block for a game. That covers the run down, the wait, and the trip home. Exceptions can be worked out with management.
  • Every trip takes a deposit to lock the date and time, and deposits are non refundable. Cancellation windows are 48 hours for sedans and SUVs, 7 days for Sprinter vans, and 14 days for mini buses and motor coaches.
  • Thanksgiving and December book first. The Eagles game on Thanksgiving and the late season Sunday night dates are the two we run out of vehicles on. If that is your game, call early.

Flying into DFW or Love Field?

  • We need the flight number and the arrival time. That is how we track the flight and adjust when it moves. Without it we are guessing, and guessing is how people end up waiting.
  • Wait time is included: 30 minutes on a domestic arrival, 45 minutes on an international arrival, and 15 minutes on a departure pickup.
  • Curbside is the default at both airports. If you would rather your chauffeur meet you inside with a name board, that is a 25 dollar meet and greet chosen at booking.
  • Airport transfers carry no hourly minimum. They are point to point, any day and any hour.

Flying in privately?

  • Give us the tail number. We track it where the aircraft is trackable, so the vehicle is in position when you land.
  • If it is not trackable, we work from your estimated arrival time and the FBO front desk. Private arrival times move, which is why FBO pickups are billed hourly with a two hour minimum unless arranged in advance with management.
  • Meet and greet at an FBO is free, planeside where the FBO allows vehicles on the ramp. Full detail on our private aviation page.

Questions we get every season

How early should we leave for a Cowboys home game?

From the Frisco and Plano area we recommend leaving about two and a half hours before kickoff. That gets you to Arlington with time to reach your gate without rushing. Thursday and Friday night games need a little more because you are driving through rush hour on top of the stadium traffic.

Do we need a parking pass for the limo?

Where the venue requires one, yes, and it is arranged at the time of booking. We encourage you to provide it, since passes bundled with tickets usually cost less than we can buy them for. Otherwise we purchase it on your behalf and bill it back.

Is there a minimum number of hours?

Sporting events are booked hourly with a five to six hour minimum depending on the vehicle. The block covers the trip down, the wait during the game, and the ride home. Airport transfers are different and carry no minimum at all.

Can the vehicle wait for us during the game?

That is exactly how it works. Your chauffeur stays onsite with the vehicle for the booked block and stays in contact, sharing his live location so you always know where to walk when you come out.

Do you pick up outside DFW?

Yes. We run game day groups in from Denton, Rockwall, Waco, Tyler and further out, and we handle long distance trips across Texas garage to garage. Tell us the pickup address and we will quote it.

What if the game time changes?

Late season Sunday games can move under the NFL flexible scheduling rules. Let us know as soon as you hear and we will move the reservation to the new time at no charge, subject to vehicle availability.

Arrive on time, safely, with nothing on your mind

That has been the goal for 28 years and it has not changed in 2026. Tell us the game and the size of your group.
