Frisco Venue Transportation: The Star, Toyota Stadium, Comerica Center and Riders Field
Four venues inside our home city, which means shorter runs, tighter timing and chauffeurs who know the roads cold.
We have been based in Frisco since 1998, which was well before any of these buildings existed. Watching a farm town turn into a venue city has been something to see, and it means our chauffeurs know these approaches better than any map does.
Four venues sit within a few minutes of each other, and each draws a different crowd. Frisco venue transportation means short runs, but the timing has to be right, because on a night when two of them have events the local roads feel a lot less local.
The four rooms
- The Star and the Ford Center. Cowboys headquarters, high school football, concerts and a steady run of corporate events.
- Toyota Stadium. FC Dallas, plus concerts and college football dates.
- Comerica Center. Texas Legends basketball, Stars practice facility, community and corporate events.
- Riders Field. Frisco RoughRiders baseball, which is one of the best value group nights in the Metroplex.
Short runs, sharp timing
Because the drives are short, the risk shifts from traffic to timing. A twelve minute run from a Frisco neighbourhood does not leave room for a late start, so we pad the pickup and arrive early rather than cut it fine.
Drop points at all four are straightforward and we agree yours in advance. Your chauffeur then holds a waiting spot and pin drops it, same as anywhere else.
Where an event requires a parking pass we arrange it at booking. Provide yours if one came with your tickets, since that is usually the cheaper route, and we will buy one on your behalf if not.

Drive times are estimates for normal conditions. Event traffic changes them, which is why we set the pickup time when we quote rather than leaving it to you to guess.
How our chauffeurs work an event
The Star, Toyota Stadium, Comerica Center and Riders Field sit minutes apart and each has its own exit pattern. Your chauffeur stays onsite for the whole booked block and shares his live location, so you walk out to a waiting vehicle rather than looking for one. Booking Frisco venue transportation
Before you book
- Parking passes. Where the venue requires one we arrange it at booking. Bring your own if it came with your tickets, otherwise we buy it and it goes on the invoice.
- Hourly minimums. Evening event trips run hourly. Smaller venues carry a four hour minimum, larger events four to six hours depending on the vehicle.
- A deposit holds every trip and is non refundable. Cancellation windows vary by vehicle and are listed on our pricing page.
- Book the big dates early. The larger vehicles go first, and on peak weekends they go weeks ahead.

Flying in privately?
- Give us the tail number. We track it where the aircraft is trackable, so the vehicle is in position when you land rather than after. FBO pickups are billed hourly with a two hour minimum, and meet and greet at an FBO is free. Full detail is on our private aviation page.

Questions we get asked
Do you serve The Star in Frisco?
Constantly. It is a few minutes from our base, and between the Ford Center, the corporate offices and the restaurants it is one of our most frequent local destinations.
Can you handle a high school football night at the Ford Center?
Yes, and homecoming and playoff dates book up early. Proms and school events run on a five to six hour hourly minimum.
How early should we leave for a Toyota Stadium match?
For a Frisco pickup, about an hour before kickoff is comfortable. We pad the schedule rather than cut it fine, because a short run leaves no room to recover from a late start.
Is a RoughRiders game worth booking a vehicle for?
Groups love it. Riders Field is relaxed, the drives are short, and putting everyone in one Sprinter means nobody is the designated driver on a summer evening.
Are you actually based in Frisco?
Yes. We started here in 1998 and never left. Our office is at Frisco, TX.
Do you do airport runs alongside the event?
All the time, especially with visiting family. Airport transfers carry no hourly minimum at all, they are simply point to point.
