Dos Equis Pavilion Transportation: Summer Concert Season at Fair Park
The big outdoor amphitheatre season, lawn seats, Texas heat and a Fair Park exit that tests everybody patience.

Dos Equis Pavilion is the outdoor amphitheatre inside Fair Park, and it carries the bulk of the summer touring season in Dallas. Reserved seats under cover, a big lawn behind, and a crowd that arrives all at once.
Two things make Dos Equis Pavilion transportation worth it here. The first is the weather, because nobody wants a long walk across Fair Park in August heat or a summer storm. The second is the exit, which funnels a full house onto a handful of streets at the same moment.
What the season looks like
- Touring concerts from spring through early fall, mostly weeknights and weekends with evening starts.
- Festival style dates where the lawn opens and the crowd runs much larger.
- Fair Park events around it, which can change how the whole park is accessed on a given night.
- Group nights out. This is a venue people come to in tens, not twos.
Fair Park access and the exit
Fair Park access varies by event, so we confirm the working entrance and drop point before the day rather than assuming last season arrangement still holds.
Your chauffeur holds a waiting position and sends you a pin drop, or shares his live location on WhatsApp. On a hot night that matters more than usual, because nobody wants to wander the park looking for a vehicle.
Where a pass is required we arrange it at booking. If your tickets came with parking, send it over and we will use yours. If not, we purchase on your behalf and add it to the invoice.
| Coming from | Allow |
|---|---|
| Frisco and Plano | 45 to 60 min |
| Dallas | 10 to 20 min |
| Fort Worth | 45 to 60 min |
| Rockwall | 35 to 45 min |
| DFW Airport | 35 to 45 min |
| Love Field | 20 to 30 min |
Drive times are estimates for normal conditions. Event traffic changes them, which is why we set the pickup time when we quote rather than leaving it to you to guess.

How our chauffeurs work an event
Lawn crowds leave all at once and the Fair Park lots empty slowly. Your chauffeur stays onsite for the whole booked block and sends a pin drop as the encore starts, so you walk to a waiting vehicle in the dark rather than hunting for one. More on how we run event nights is on our concert transportation page.
Booking Dos Equis Pavilion transportation
Before you book
- Parking passes. Where the venue requires one we arrange it at booking. Bring your own if it came with your tickets, otherwise we buy it and it goes on the invoice.
- Hourly minimums. Large venue concerts run hourly on a four to six hour minimum depending on the vehicle. Summer dates with a long support bill tend toward the top of that range.
- A deposit holds every trip and is non refundable. Cancellation windows vary by vehicle and are listed on our pricing page.
- Book the big dates early. The larger vehicles go first, and on peak weekends they go weeks ahead.
Flying in for this one? Airport pickups are point to point with no hourly minimum and include wait time. Details are on our airport transfers page.

Questions we get asked
Where does a limo drop off at Dos Equis Pavilion?
Access at Fair Park depends on the event, so we confirm the working entrance and drop point ahead of the date and share the exact waiting spot with you by pin drop.
How long is the drive from Frisco?
Roughly 45 to 60 minutes depending on the hour. Coming from Dallas proper it is usually 10 to 20 minutes.
Is it worth booking a vehicle for the lawn seats?
It is the most common booking we get here. Lawn crowds are big, the walk is long, and in July the difference between being dropped close and parking far out is considerable.
What is the minimum booking?
Four to six hours for a large venue like this. Smaller rooms are four hours. Each reservation takes a deposit to hold the date and time.
Can we bring drinks or a cooler?
That is down to the venue own policy, which changes by event, so check your ticket terms. Our vehicles are comfortable either way and your chauffeur will help with loading and unloading.
Do you cover other Fair Park events?
Yes, including the State Fair of Texas and the Cotton Bowl.
