Goodman Executive Sedan & Limo Service is a family owned executive sedan service, limousine and black car company based in Frisco, Texas. We started here in 1998 and never moved.
Twenty-eight years later we are still family owned, running everything from executive sedans to 56-passenger MCI motor coaches for corporate travelers, wedding parties, concert and sporting event groups, and private aviation clients across North Texas.

Where do I meet my chauffeur at DFW / Love Field Airport?
Curbside pickup is standard at both airports. Once you have your bags, your chauffeur will direct you to the pickup point by phone, call or text the number on your confirmation when you land.
If you booked our meet-and-greet service ($25), your chauffeur will be waiting inside at baggage claim with a sign showing your name.
Wait time: Arrivals include 30 minutes of complimentary wait time on domestic flights and 45 minutes on international. We track your flight and adjust for early or delayed arrivals.

How far in advance should I place a reservation?
For sedans and SUVs, 24 to 48 hours is usually enough, though we take same-day bookings whenever a vehicle is available.
For Sprinter vans, mini buses, and motor coaches, book as early as you can, ideally 2 to 4 weeks out, and earlier for peak dates. Prom season, graduation weekends, holidays, and major events at AT&T Stadium or the convention centers fill our group vehicles well in advance.
One thing worth knowing: our cancellation windows are 48 hours for sedans and SUVs, 7 days for Sprinter vans, and 14 days for mini buses and motor coaches. If you book a group vehicle inside its window, the reservation is confirmed but no longer cancellable without full charge. We’ll tell you at booking if that applies to your date.
For private aviation and FBO pickups, call as soon as you have a tail number and an estimated arrival. Private schedules move, and the earlier we’re in the loop the easier it is to adjust.

Do you offer off-hour service?
Yes. We run 24/7, with live dispatch, a real person answers the phone whatever the hour, not an answering service.
A 3:00 AM airport pickup, a late-night event run home, an FBO arrival that slips to midnight: all standard for us. Roughly a third of airport work happens outside business hours anyway.
For off-hour trips we recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead so we can assign a chauffeur. For urgent or same-day needs, call (254) 269-5474 and we’ll do our best with what’s available.
What are your standard cancellation policies?
Cancellation windows depend on the vehicle reserved:
- Sedans and SUVs, 48 hours before scheduled pickup
- Sprinter vans (Executive, Limo, Jet/CEO), 7 days before scheduled pickup
- Mini buses, coach buses, and motor coaches, 14 days before scheduled pickup
Cancellations made after these windows are charged the full fare. Deposits are non-refundable regardless of when a reservation is cancelled.

Need to change a booking rather than cancel it? Call us. Date, time, and vehicle changes are often possible even inside the cancellation window, subject to availability, and the rate may change with the trip.
Booking inside a window: if you reserve a group vehicle fewer days out than its cancellation window, the reservation is confirmed but can’t be cancelled without full charge. We’ll flag it at booking if that applies to you.
Do you require a deposit and when do I pay it?
Yes. All reservations require a deposit to lock in your date and time. Your booking isn’t confirmed until the deposit is paid.
Sedans and SUVs, deposit due at booking, balance charged after the trip.
Sprinter vans, mini buses, and motor coaches, deposit due at booking. The amount depends on vehicle and trip length, and we’ll tell you the exact figure before you commit.
Large or multi-vehicle events, a signed agreement plus deposit secures the date and the vehicles.
Final payment is due before the service date unless your agreement says otherwise. Deposits are non-refundable regardless of when a reservation is cancelled.
Corporate accounts, consolidated monthly billing with net-30 terms, subject to approved credit and a PO. Ask us about setting one up if your company books regularly.

How can I obtain a receipt for my charges?
A detailed receipt is emailed to you automatically once your trip is complete and payment has processed. It includes the date, time, vehicle type, pickup and drop-off locations, and total charges, everything you need for an expense report.

Do you offer transfers, i.e., “drop-off and pickup” service for special events?
We do offer point-to-point transfers, but most special events require an hourly minimum instead. Here’s why.
On event nights, the roads around a venue are gridlocked for an hour or more after the last song or the final whistle. A vehicle that leaves after drop-off can’t reliably get back in, and if we’ve released it to another booking, we can’t guarantee it’s available when you’re ready to go. Booking hourly keeps the vehicle and the chauffeur with you for the whole event, which is the only way to promise a ride home at a specific time.
What that gets you:
- The same vehicle and chauffeur all evening
- Somewhere secure to leave coats, bags, and gifts
- Stops along the way, dinner before, drinks after, without rebooking
- A guaranteed ride home, not a hope that something’s available
Hourly works well for concerts, weddings, galas, sporting events, and nights out. For quiet-hour trips where traffic isn’t a factor, point-to-point is usually fine and cheaper, just ask and we’ll tell you which fits your evening.

What if I only need the vehicle to pick us up and drop us off. Can you offer this type of service?
Airport transfers are always point-to-point. No hourly minimum, any day, any hour. A one-way run to DFW or Love Field is priced on distance and vehicle, and that’s it.
Event trips are booked hourly. Weddings, dinner runs, concerts, and sporting events are reserved as a block of time rather than a one-way fare:
- Friday and Saturday, 4-hour minimum on sedans, SUVs, and limousines; 5 to 6 hours on our larger vehicles
- Proms, concerts, and sporting events, 5 to 6 hours
- FBO and private aviation arrivals, 2-hour minimum, because private schedules move
For several vehicles the block is already built into the base rate you’ll see when booking. Anything outside these can be worked out with management call and ask.

What amenities are your vehicles stocked with?
Standard in every vehicle:

Varies by vehicle: Wi-Fi, leather seating, premium sound, and bar areas are available on specific vehicles rather than fleet-wide. Ask when you book and we’ll tell you what’s in the one you’re reserving.
On request: refreshments and snacks can be arranged in advance, with additional fees depending on what you’d like.

Do you require a “damage” or “cleaning” deposit?
Not for standard reservations. For weddings, proms, large groups, and extended rentals we may hold a refundable security deposit. If so, it’s discussed at booking and stated in your agreement, never added later.
When cleaning or damage charges apply
Charges are billed to the card on file if a vehicle needs more than normal cleaning after a trip. The usual causes:
Sickness requiring interior sanitation
Spilled drinks or food beyond routine wipe-down
Evidence of smoking or vaping
Broken glassware or damaged upholstery, trim, or equipment
Normal use is expected and never charged. We’re talking about the difference between a vacuum and a vehicle out of service for a day.
Fees are itemized and sent with photos before anything is billed. If your group has a concern about a charge, call us and we’ll walk through it.

Do you allow smoking in your vehicles?
No. Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all our vehicles, including cannabis.
If there’s evidence of smoking in a vehicle, a cleaning fee is charged to the card on file. Smoke removal takes a vehicle out of service, which is why this one isn’t flexible.
